Light filled beautiful and charming home. Lovingly restored with high-end finishes. Laundry in unit. Large closets. A/C. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a large outdoor living area to give you a true coastal experience. 200 ft. to the beach!
The home's original interior arches and oak floors compliment the upgraded kitchen with modern appliances and a cozy living room gas fireplace.
You will be welcomed by its open floor concept followed by all three bedrooms on the second floor, with full bathrooms one on each floor. Its outdoor living area features a modern firepit, patio heater, outdoor shower, spacious seating, and a chef's style BBQ to entertain and enjoy at any time of day. Just steps away from the beach and a few blocks from the bay, this home maximizes the perfect beach lifestyle.
All bedrooms have Roku TV's, individual A/C, blackout shades, full length mirrors, and closets.
Beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, well-stocked kitchen, large pantry.
Walk to tons of Mission and Pacific Beach restaurants and activities!
Beach volleyball poles are set up on this street on both beach and and bay sides. Catamaran resort across the street for spa services and equipment rentals.

Beautiful home

This house exceeded our expectations. It was a perfect location to the beach and many different restaurants. This house had plenty of room for a group of girls, fully stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, beach chairs, and decorated very cute. I would definitely stay again. The host was also wonderful!

Wonderful stay!

This was hands down one of my favorite Vrbo’s I’ve ever stayed in. Amanda was so accommodating, she responded to my questions quickly. The location couldn’t have been more perfect and the house was a dream. Book it! You will not regret it!

Location!

We had a great time at this Classic Beach House. We were steps from the beach and within walking distance of so many things. We usually found parking within a 15 min walk to the house. If you want to park in the garage make sure you get a compact vehicle.

Awesome

Hosted a bachelor trip here, and the host was responsive and easy to work with. Great proximity to the beach and boardwalk as well as the Pacific Beach nightlife scene. The only downside was one of the neighbors wasn't friendly and called the cops on us while we had a hibachi chef (cleared by the host) outside before quiet hours. He also let himself into a house that was hosting a bachelorette trip a couple of houses down because their music was loud, once again this was before quiet hours. So just heads up dealing with him for large groups.

The north end of Mission Beach has it all, quieter but close to lots of restaurants, and the Catamaran for spa or water toy rentals! The house has the old charm combined with loving restoration making it cozy, functional and totally unique.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Each bedroom and the living area has its own A/C unit controlled by individual remotes, so everyone can sleep at their perfect temperature! Gas fireplace, fire pit, heater, all for making the nights cozy. Large closets and pantry. Garage space for a compact SUV. Outdoor shower, new grill, all the comforts and amenities a beach house should have! Memory foam mattresses on all the beds. Well stocked kitchen. Strong wifi! Roku TVs in all bedrooms and the living room.
