Perfect stay

Will absolutely come back as soon as the stars align for a return visit! Wish we had booked a much longer time at this lovely home. Great host, ideal location, perfect setup for our family of 5.

Perfect stay for our family

We loved our stay! We planned to eat most meals at the condo and found the kitchen to be adequately stocked with what was needed! The provided beach gear was so convenient and appreciated . The beach is within walking distance and a very nice beach too! Shops within walking distance as well!

A-bit restrictive with air conditioning policy but other than that place was roomy cleanly updated and great property location would stay again

We are pleased that Julie and her family had a good time and would come again. To explain the air conditioning policy a bit. The air conditioners are on timers. You can set them for almost 24 hour operation at whatever temperature you desire. Electricity on Maui and Hawaii in general is very expensive. Other than the middle of the day when the sun is directly overhead, our condo gets cooling breezes and stays pretty comfortable. We also have overhead fans to move the air around as well. So we ask everybody to try and minimize air conditioning usage and have rarely had complaints about this. When we have the opportunity to stay at our condo we rarely turn on the air conditioners - even in the middle of the day. But, ultimately, if you want to turn on the air conditioners and leave them on, there is nothing to stop you. Thanks, Andrew & Cindy Taylor

Easy in the Islands!

We were first time visitors to Hawaii and chose Kihei in Maui for our family gathering. Banyan Maui was the perfect location for all of our activities.

Great condo!

Everything we needed was here and the view was amazing! Comfy beds with fans in every room. Communications with the owners before and during our stay was immediate. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

Loved the short walk to the beach with the wagon and beach supplies at the place. Very handy. Bed was comfortable. Set up is perfect. Love the outdoor space. Overall peaceful and quiet location.

Perfect stay at a perfect place

We have stayed at 6 different properties in Maui, as well as 3 different units at the Maui Banyan. This unit is among the cleanest and best location we have encountered, and was a great value. Would definitely book this again before exploring anywhere new. Owner was communicative and friendly!

Maui vacation

Great location. Close to the beach and great restaurants. Includes parking. The condo was very clean and spacious for our family of 4. Love that the owners have beach chairs, umbrella and other gear. They were very responsive to any questions.

Family Vacation

What a great experience we had with the family. This place was just as described and had everything we needed. Nice condo in the perfect location.

The property was clean and had everything we needed for an amazing stay. Two different pool's with nice lounge, dinning areas and bbq's made it easy to make a meal while the kids enjoyed the pool or hot tub. The beautiful beach was just a short walk across the street and the condo provided everything you need to enjoy the beach. The condo is also close to lots of restaurant's and shops. I would highly recommend this property and we will be booking again for our next stay.

Great location

Condo as pictured. Owner great to work with. Wagon/cooler/beach chairs awesome to use plus we bought and left 2 additional chairs for future guests. Condo could use additional pillow cases and add’l beach towels. Condo was one of the quietest we have rented. Would rent again.
