Overlooking the sea, with its private dock, the villa enjoys an exceptional and privileged environment. Surrounded by a tropical garden, the house is located in a very calm and safe neighborhood.
Le François is known for its islets and its funds (white sandy shoal located at sea also called Josephine Bath). By boat, its only few minutes far from the villa.
Main shops are located at Le François (10 km approx.). You’ll find there all accommodations, fruits and vegetables market, pharmacies, grocery shops…
Enjoy local pastries at « Dupé » located 5 min from the villa by car. Nearby, Mrs Léger ‘s small shop is also very well stocked.
Description of the villa
Built in 2013 and very well equipped, the villa is about 250m2 (+150m2 of terrace). It combines the charm of creole architecture and comfort. Rooms with wide volumes, clean lines to enhance the architectural features. Its 5 bedrooms welcome easily 12 adults.
The main building includes:
1 master room with sea view and air-conditioning, with a king size bed (180x200), a private bathroom and a dressing.
2 large bedrooms with air-conditioning, each has its private bathroom. One with a Queen size bed (160x200), the other one with 2 simple beds (90x180) that can be put together.
1 living-room (50m2) with wonderful roofing framework and a direct view of the terrace, swimming-pool and sea.
1 modern kitchen very well equipped.
The shaded terrace of 150m2 is equipped with comfortable outside sofas, sunbeds, and a large table suitable for 16 people.
Just behind the main building of the villa, the bungalow is composed of:
1 bedroom with air-conditioning, a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a private bathroom.
1 bedroom with air-conditioning,) 2 simple beds and a private bathroom.
1 terrace with outdoor sofas.
