Istana is ideally located, in a peaceful neighbourhood, near the south beach (900m) and the city centre (1.5km) easily accessible through the bicycle path in front of the house.

Recently renovated, the house is 170m2 over 2 floors, fully air-conditioned, and can host up to 10 people. Spacious common areas and large sheltered terraces on the forest side.

On the ground floor:
- Big living area (37m2) with sofas, fireplace, dining area for 10-12p, Hifi, Wifi.
- Separated, large & bright kitchen, fully equipped, high table for 4.
- 3 bedrooms:
- double bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room
- double bed (160x200)
- 2 single beds (90x200)
- Spacious bathroom with double bowl, large bathtub, large shower and toilets
- Independent toilets
- Equipped laundry area (washing machine, dryer, fridge)
- Sheltered terrace on the forest side, table 10-12p, garden furniture, large parasol, gas plancha 3 burners
- Storeroom for luggage, surfboards, beach toys
- Outdoor shower

On the 1st floor:
- Living area with sofas, tv, bookshelves and board games
- 1 bedroom with 2 single bunked beds (90*200)
- Bathroom with double bowl, large shower

- Sunny terrace with garden furniture and access to the Pine trees garden with hammock and slackline (available to install)

Cette maison est idéalement située, rénovée avec goût, et propose tout le nécessaire pour des vacances au top, en famille ou entre amis. Nous avons passé une super semaine, merci aux hôtes pour leur réactivité.

Das Haus ist ein Traum

Wir haben die Woche dort sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt ruhig und schattig. Strand, Geschäfte und Zentrum sind fussläufig erreichbar. Wunderschön möblierter Außensitzplatz unter Bäumen mit Gasgrill. Das ganze Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet mehr Ausstattung als wir erwartet hatten. Wir haben uns sofort Zuhause gefühlt!

Our holiday at Lacanau ISTANA

We had a very comfortable stay at ISTANA. 7 Persons - two kinds, their parents, uncle and grandparents. We liked the house, the equipment, the big tables to eat outisde and inside, and all the comforts that the house offers. Shaded by the tall pine trees, we could have extensive breakfasts in the morning and dinners in the evening. We would definitely recommend ISTANA, and would like to come back . excellent séjour, villa très agréable !!

La villa est au calme, très confortable, grands espaces de vie, belle décoration, et située à 10 mn à pieds de l'océan !! Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute, et bien sympathiques ! Bref je recommande ce séjour dans cette magnifique région bordelaise, et ses longues plages de sable .

Urlaub bei Freunden

Wir haben mit unserer Familie mit drei Kindern eine wunderbare Woche in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Es ist so liebevoll und mit toller Kunst und vielen Details eingerichtet, dass man das Gefühl hatte, bei Freunden zu verweilen. Von der ersten Kommunikation bis hin zur Übergabe durch die Agentur verlief alles reibungslos. Wir wurden mit einem kleinen Willkommensgruss der Gastgeber und einer netten Mappe empfangen, in der sehr freundlich alles erklärt und zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Eine tolle Woche - umso mehr, da das Wetter gar nicht mitspielen wollte und wir froh waren, so ein schönes und gut gelegenes Domizil zu haben . Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder!

Prestations haut de gamme

Délicieux séjour sous le soleil de Lacanau dans cette superbe maison refaite à neuf avec goût et équipement de qualité. Sans vis à vis. Très bien située au calme dans la pinède non loin de la plage sud et du centre ville à pieds. Service de la conciergerie efficace, propreté impeccable, entrée et sortie rapides. A louer sans hésiter!
