First off, lakefront property - always a plus. The place was exactly as advertised and away from civilization for anyone to unwind. House was clean (albeit with weak water pressure but not temperature), wi-fi and entertainment were good, and the owner was right next door for any questions. There is a place for a campfire to sit down and watch the stars or make smores. And a multitude of places to fish on the lake or not - I recommend underneath the bridge which you drove over to the house.
The area - not the house - is not without small pitfalls. Either due to COVID or oversight on our part, boat rentals weren't allowed - we wanted to explore the lake, we couldn't. Secondly, there are no extensive markets nearby - for anyone from big or metropolitan cities, the limited produce options are noticed. So if you want to prevent yourself from running out of snacks or drinks that you believe aren't niche but actually are, stock up. Anything else that detracted to the experience could be linked to quarantine so we worked around it by taking nature available options.
In summation, a great experience if one wants to get away from society.
