Incredible views from living room and kitchen. Perfect position opposite Plage du Môles. Lovely little apartment with everything we needed. Key safe at the door made it easy if one of us went out and needed to jeans the keys for the other. Would live to stay here again one day.

Quelle vue !!! Quel enchantement de trouver auprès de notre hôte un accueil si chaleureux et prévenant. Notre petit appartement aménagé avec goût et possédant tout le nécessaire dans les moindres détails nous a permis à ma soeur et moi de retrouver le St Malo de notre enfance

Die Wohnung entsprach genau den Bildern. Sie liegt sehr gut. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Was für uns aber am tollsten war, war der super Blick!Gerne wieder!!

Das Appartment liegt phantastisch - direkt am Kanal/Chanel. Man hat ganz kurze Wege zum Wasser, Hafen und Stadtmauer. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Vermieter Vincent war schnell und gut zu erreichen, er erklärte uns alles genauestens. Die Parksituation war trotz Parkplätzen im Innenhof nicht einfach, weil die Plätze nicht aussreichten.

Wonderful stay, and holiday

The appartment is fantastically well situated. Beach access from the front door, also to the medieval ramparts, beautiful views. Everything is within easy walking reach. The appartment is very well equipped, and the owner very helpful and friendly.

Perfektes Appartement für uns als Paar, sehr gemütlich geschnitten, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, Küche voll ausgestattet, sehr bequemes Bett, absolut ruhige Umgebung, obwohl man in 5 Minuten überall zu Fuß in der belebten Innenstadt und den Stränden von Saint-Malo ist! Wir hatten sogar immer Glück mit einem Parkplatz im Innenhof. Und einen garantierten Blick übers Meer wann immer man will...

Séjour à Saint Malo Intra-Muros et alentours

Appartement bien agencé et bien pensé, cuisine avec tout l'essentiel, du rangement ... L'appartement est à proximité de tout commerce, des plages, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied et de profiter pleinement. Bonne literie, nous avons très bien dormi. Notre fille aussi dans la banquette du salon. La seconde télévision dans la chambre est un plus ;) Les draps et les serviettes sont inclus, ce qui est très pratique aussi. Notre fille a adoré les livres pour enfant à disposition :) Notre hôte est quelqu'un de très gentil et très disponible, à l'écoute et avec l'intention de toujours faire bien. Il nous a donné beaucoup d'informations utiles et pratiques. Nous avons eu le plaisir de le rencontrer lors de notre départ. En résumé, super séjour au pays breton :)

Great place to stay!

We loved the apartment in a charming building typical of the old Saint-Malo! Especially the view, the location next to the beaches "Plage du Môle" and "Plage de Bon-Secours" and all the lovely sunsets we could watch from the apartment or the beach made it very special. Vincent was very friendly and helpful with all the questions we had! We spent a wonderful time, thanks!

St. Malo accomodation

We arrived early on the ferry from Jersey. Vincent was kind enough to allow us early entry into the unit. It was located in an old building, not well maintained. It was described as an elevator to the fifth floor and a few more steps up to the apartment. It was actually 16 steps, up a dimly lit staircase with no hand railing. A person with infirmities or small children, would find this difficult especially with heavy luggage. The location was convenient to the tourist center of the intramural, and the view as pictured. There were no amenities that made us feel our host had anticipated our stay. We had to buy hand and shower soap for the bathroom, and supplement toilet paper. We are used to having guidelines left for the use of the rental. There was nothing provided: no instruction for Wi-Fi password, garbage disposal, or information regarding grocery stores, medical services or taxi service. The bed was comfortable, the area quiet, and the kitchen was very well stocked for someone who might want to cook. There was no smoke alarm or a fire extinguisher, that we could see. These are all things that are fixable and could make the unit more welcoming. I hope Vincent will accept this in the vein it is offered. It will benefit him.

Passez votre chemin! A éviter!

Draps sales, odeurs de renfermées…. Appartement loué pour quatre couchages, mais le 2eme lit est un mini canapé banquette. On dort littéralement à même le sol… L’appartement est supposé être loué avec un parking, cependant pas de place garantie. Cerise sur le gâteau, le propriétaire m’a facturé 50Eur un bol et une assiette que je n’avais pas cassé….(valeur réelle 10Eur) J’ai donc appris à mes dépends qu’Abritel donne le droit au propriétaire de vous facturer jusqu’à 1000Eur après votre départ sans vous demander votre accords. Cher amis voyageurs, si vous voulez passer un bon séjour, je vous conseille donc de passer votre chemin

Très agréable

L'appartement est idéalement situé pour un sejour calme et au calme avec une très jolie vue, bien agencé et bien équipé pour un sejour agréable, avec de nombreuses activités dans les environs immédiats et un accès à une des plages par une poterne au pied de l'immeuble.

Super Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war von Anfang an sehr gut und wir haben immer sofort Antworten auf unsere Anfragen bekommen. Der Check-in war absolut entspannt und die Wohnung dank guter Wegbeschreibung und Aufzug schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Bildern und lässt keine Wünsche offen - inklusive des traumhaften Ausblicks über die Bastion de la Hollande auf das Meer und die Inseln Grand und Petit Bé. Toll ist vor allem, dass man sogar den Sonnenuntergang von der Wohnung aus sehen kann. Man kann also getrost auch mal in der Wohnung eine tolle Zeit verbringen. Natürlich zieht es einen aber trotzdem raus, denn der Strand liegt wortwörtlich direkt vor der Haustüre. Die direkte Umgebung der Wohnung ist wegen der Nähe zu Aussichtspunkten und Strand zwar nicht wenig besucht, im Vergleich zum Rest der Stadt ist es aber eine sehr entspannte Gegend, in der es vor allem abends ruhig wird. Trotzdem sind die Haupteinkaufsstraßen nur wenige hundert Meter ums Eck zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso wie der Hafen. Der Ideale Ausgangspunkt also für alles, was Saint-Malo zu bieten hat. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, die wir hier haben konnten!

Perfect apartment in St Malo

No better place to stay in Saint Malo. Tidy little apartment on a top floor overlooking rooftops and ocean. Perfect stay for our family of two adults, two kids (age 5 & 8). The kids slept comfortably on the pullout couch in the living room. Kitchen had everything we needed. The beach is at your doorstep. Go in the morning and have the beach to yourself. Bring in a seafood platter from Poissonnerie Guinemer (fresh, delicious, well priced), fresh fruits and vegs from Les 4 Saisons market, butter and cheese from La Maison Du Buerre Bordier. If you tire of seafood and crepes, try the outstanding Afghani restaurant around the corner. Excellent coffee at Covou. Madlenn bakery for the best baguette in the city walls, sandwiches, and the apple or almond pastries. The apartment is just off the maindrag - close to everything, but quiet and breezy. Easy to avoid the tourist smash and enjoy the beauty of all St Malo has to offer.

Séjour très agréable

Logement très bien situé. Tout peut être fait à pied dans St Malo si besoin. Tout le nécessaire est disponible dans l'appartement, très pratique lors de l'arrivée.

location conforme à la description, vue mer et emplacement intra-muros très agréables. Le propriétaire est disponible et à l'écoute. Seul désagrément : il n'y a pas de place de parking réservée à l'appartement ,seulement qq places pour tout l'immeuble et c'est souvent complet.

Situation idéale

Appartement idéalement situé aux pieds des remparts, ensoleillé, avec une vue sur le Grand et le Petit Bé. Très bien équipé, literie king size, bien distribué. Vincent, le propriétaire, est disponible et très à l'écoute. Une adresse à conseiller.
