You'll ski, golf, explore, and relax with ease at this lofted condo near the north side base of Blue Mountain Resort! Perfectly situated an easy walk from the chair lift, this condo features a walk-out deck to enjoy on summer afternoons, an electric fireplace to keep you warm all winter, and community amenities that include a seasonal pool and tennis courts.

This condo is part of the North Creek Resort complex, which sits less than a quarter-mile from the Weider Express High-Speed Lift on the north side of Blue Mountain Resort. You'll be just a few steps from a stop for the free shuttle, which connects to dozens of charming shops and restaurants in Blue Mountain Village (less than a mile south). If you're planning your visit for summertime, you'll love being one mile south of Northwinds Beach on South Georgian Bay (a wonderful spot for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding), and one mile north of Monterra Golf (and within a 12-mile drive of four other courses).

THINGS TO KNOW
Charcoal is not provided for the shared charcoal grill.
The shared pool is typically open from just after Victoria Day Weekend in May through Labour Day Weekend in September. Dates are subject to change.
This home is near but not associated with the Blue Mountain Resort.
This property is managed by Vacasa Canada ULC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A very comfortable stay

This house was perfect for meeting the needs of our young family. It's very close to a sandy beach (walking distance) and also within walking distance to Blue Mountain village. The pool amenities are excellent. Didn't use the BBQ or other amenities. Overall, a very good bang for your buck.

Getaway North Creek Resort

Really enjoyed our stay here. We found the condo spacious and clean with great amenities and very close to the blue mountain village and the beach. The improvement I recommend is upgrading the knife set. They are pretty much broken and we used the steak knife to chop up fruit and vegetables.

Our stay was great. The only teccomendation i have , is the people should get a new kettle as theirs leaks bad when you pour it, so it could be a burn hazard.

Close to Blue Mountain!

Unit was dated but super clean and Vacasa was prompt in responding. Only downfall is the pull out sofa needs replacing, bed mattresses are too soft and beware of small square footage. You can walk to village or take a convenient shuttle at no additional cost.

Layout was good for our needs and the unit was clean. Would be good for skiers for the lift - about a 15 minute walk to the village at this time of year. Main negative was the beds were not comfortable- mattresses need replacing.

Layout good

Layout was good for two couples w two bathrooms a definite plus. Mattresses were definitely not the best and need replacing. Nice view and convenient for our needs. Overall fine for a weekend and would be good for skiing. We didn’t use the shuttle - could walk to the village in 20 minutes and since there was no set schedule, just as easy to walk if required

This beds are aweful. 0 of 5 stars. Please recommend upgrading. Certainly repairs required, the good - simple rental process, place was equipped with what we needed. If there was a better bed we would stay again l, but as of now no.

Nice place, 4 stars.

Overall was a pleasant experience. Place was clean, quiet, spacious and location was good. Mattress’ were good on the beds, was a concern from earlier comments. They seem to be replaced recently. Pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable, but I never never really experienced a comfortable one. Not exactly ski in ski out. Have to walk downstairs then across a small bridge (across a pond) then a slight walk to hill, still convenient though. Place is a little outdated but great if you aren’t looking for anything too fancy. Plenty of clean towels and sheets. I would recommend, definitely for the great price compared to other locations.

This unit should not be rented out

This unit needs major attention. The main floor heating wasn’t working. Although we were provided 2 portable heaters, regulating the temperature was impossible. The electric fireplace on the main floor was about as effective as the fireplace channel. The upstairs shower didn’t work and the pullout couch was a brutal. This is not a unit for 6 people unless the 2 on the pullout couch weigh under 100 lbs combined. Staff were pleasant to deal with and very responsive but this unit should not have been made available for renting.

Don’t waste your money

We booked 2 nights. The unit was dated but clean. Seemed to be a good value. However, toilets don’t flush, they just fill to the top and leave your waste floating around. Then came bed time. The bed was the worst I’ve ever tried to sleep on. After 3 hours of trying to get comfortable I slept on the couch. My husband couldn’t move the next day after staying in that bed. We left the next morning and have yet to hear back about any refund. Do not stay here if you want to sleep!

Disaster

Moved after first property covered in dog hair. Blankets had not been cleaned. I was moved to another unit. I was not able to lock door. Maintenance called and I was told he had advised that this was an ongoing problem that was not fixed. Fireplace did not work, bed headboard not attached, windows did not close & unit smelled. I left & moved to hotel. Very disappointing. Door lock still not fixed.

The unit is very outdated. Carpets are ripped and dirty. The kitchen has limited pantry items. Cups/dishes and cutlery were dirty, we used mostly disposable ones. . Fridge is very small. Couch sinks in and is very uncomfortable. Coffee table is all scratched and cracked. Walls need to be painted. Bathroom walls are all cracked and it looks run down. Public Bbq is very far and so are the public picnic tables. Chairs on our balcony were all dirty and needed to be wiped down. Bed mattess was hard as a board. The only plus is there are 2 bathrooms in the unit, its dog friendly and at the foot of the ski hills and very close to the Village. I would book in this complex again, but not this Unit.

Overall, this condo is fine. It’s in a good location and easy to get to. Guest services was very responsive which was essential as when we arrived, the key code did not work to access the unit. We attempted two different codes, neither worked and then they provided a lock box code to get a physical key. The lock on the door needs to be repaired as it spins around making using the key a challenge. Once we learned the tricks, we could securely lock and unlock the door. Upon first entry, the unit looked a bit worn down – the carpet is ripped in spots, paint is chipped around the fireplace and on some baseboards. Some of the window cranks were broken and the windows were pretty streaky but they opened so we could get fresh air in which was good. There was at least one spot on the carpet that was sticky which was unpleasant. This unit could do with a fresh coat of paint and perhaps pull up the carpet to keep things that much easier to clean as I’m sure it gets a lot of use in ski season. All this said, the kitchen was very clean and well equipped, the beds all had clean linens and the bathrooms were very clean. If you’re just looking for a place to lay your head and be able to have breakfast and dinner in, this unit serves its purpose. Great if you have a pet, you are able to bring it with you. The pool and hot tub are also very nice and well maintained.

Close proximity to the mountain, and short walk to the village. Check in process and instructions were well communicated. The unit has some wear and tear and is in fair condition. The beds are hard, but the bedding was decent. With some repairs it would be ok.

Overall really good

Overall everything was great. We were kinda far from the pool area but such a short walk it wasn’t the biggest deal. Area was quiet which was nice. The only thing I didn’t like was that the plugs in both the bathroom and kitchen didn’t work. And the switch on the kettle to make tea was broken. Other than that it was a great space if you just need a simple space to stay for a few nights.
