Emma is a wonderful host and her place is a peaceful oasis. After staying in London, it was so refreshing to stay in the English countryside. Horsham is close by, providing all shopping, dining, and city needs. The unit itself is comfortable, peaceful, and provides all you need for your self-catering stay. Highly recommended!

Relaxing environment

Wonderful property with lovely comfortable accommodation. Very clean with attention to detail. Host had placed small bouquets of sweetpeas in some rooms. Nice inviting touch. Emma was very friendly and engaging.

Beautiful cottage

We loved our stay in Emma’s beautiful cottage. It was perfect out in the countryside but a short drive to Horsham. We visited Royal Horticultural Gardens at Wisley and had a wonderful day there. We enjoyed our visits to the local pubs and restaurants in nearby villages. We’ll definitely be back to stay there again next time we’re in England.

Good quality, well maintained accommodation situated in lovely tree lined grounds, with garden access to stretch your legs on sunny days. Other than for a short break away, it is convenient for anyone attending to business in Horsham town centre wanting a quiet retreat at the end of the day.

A wonderfully relaxing place to be. The accommodation is comfortable, clean, and very well-maintained, with plenty of space and views of the large garden from every window. A very conscientious host makes sure your stay is as enjoyable as it can be. The location is good for both countryside lovers and those who like a short drive into town. Highly recommended.

A Delightful Retreat

The property itself is beautifully decorated and adorned throughout. A very welcoming and well thought out space to stay. Set in a very large, delightful garden of flowers, shrubs and fruit trees, the overall ambiance is very pleasing. The resident hens and dog also play their part and the Owner makes you feel immediately at home. - I would highly recommend a visit.

Perfect annexe with gorgeous garden!

The holiday let is spotlessly clean, elegantly furnished with a huge to die for garden. Emma is lovely lady and most helpful. We would love to come again. Nearest town of Horsham is most delightful

The house and garden are very nice and we enjoyed our stay. We visited RHS Wisley and Littlehampton, so the location was excellent for us. The host was very engaging and helpful.

Beautiful location

This property was very comfortable (even relatively cool in the very hot weather!!) and well equipped. Our host Emma was wonderful, generous and so helpful. The grounds around the house were lovely. We really enjoyed our stay.

We moved to West Sussex from London, and love the space and nature surrounding us. The property has been fully refurbished and grounds developed, now providing homes to chickens and a fruit / vegetable garden just outside your door, and our three generations of wonderful Soay Sheep in the field. Guests are very welcome to enjoy the garden and walk / sit and contemplate in the field (we just ask that you keep gates shut!)
Easy links to Central London, Brighton, Gatwick and the South Coast can be accessed by rail or road.
We look forward to welcoming you to West Sussex. Do ask if you have any queries, or if there is anything we can do / provide to make your visit as good as it can possibly be!

Wonderful natural setting, excellent connections and local facilities.
Well equipped accommodation with dedicated parking and plenty of grounds for guests to enjoy.
Although there are no walking routes directly from us, there are an unlimited number very close by. And an abundance of wildlife - rabbits, deer and birds. Plus our own rare breed sheep, and chickens, right outside your doorstep!
