Located in the heart of the Presqu'île, a 3-minute walk from shops and the sea, Kernoo is a house built in 2019 which comfortably accommodates 8 people.

It is arranged as follows: on the ground floor, living room, dining room and kitchen, all open to an area of ​​50 m². A large space is made for light thanks to these 3 large sliding bay windows oriented to the south, a 13 m² bedroom and its bathroom with walk-in shower, an entrance with cupboard and a WC, complete the ground floor.

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms of 12 m², two of which face south, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC.

Beds: On the ground floor, 1 double bed of 160 cm, upstairs, a double bed of 140 cm and 4 single beds of 80 cm which can be combined to transform them into double beds of 160 cm.

You will enjoy a large peripheral terrace offering two south and west orientations, with garden table and barbecue, garden furniture and large off-center parasol!

The land is enclosed, and you can park 3 cars in the private access road, closed by a motorized gate. A charging station for electric vehicles is located 50 meters from the house!

To visit the region, we provide you with our 4 bicycles, two of which are electrically assisted.

Your contact person on site is named Hélène and will be happy to do everything possible to ensure that you have a very pleasant stay on our magnificent peninsula.

For your comfort: baby high chair, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine, freezer, parasol, barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs, wifi. For your children: beach games (molkki, ball, rackets...) and board games (monopoly, 6 takes...).
The house is RT 2012 certified.

Cleaning fee (85 euros) and tourist tax extra.
We accept dogs or cats with a supplement of €60 / animal / week.
Bed and bathroom linen not provided (rental possible).

Great holidays, great house, great region!

We had a wonderful two weeks holiday in St Jacut. The house is very nice and very suitable for a holiday with the family. The location is excellent, it is very clean and excellently equipped. Thank you very much for a lovely holiday!

Beautiful house

We spent two great weeks in Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer this September. The house is great and corresponds exactly to the pictures. Especially the terrace(s) and the garden furniture are great. For dog owners: the garden is completely fenced.

Super house on lovely St Jacut

We had a wonderful 3 weeks at the house which was comfortable and very well equipped. It was light and spacious and we particularly appreciated the modern kitchen, which made it easy and enjoyable to prepare meals, and the variety of outside seating spaces - there was plenty of room for all of us. The location was an added bonus; we were in the heart of St Jacut but also only a few minutes walk from the coast in either direction. Matthieu was very helpful and magically appeared when we needed help with French translation! We didn't want to go home and we would love to return in the future - thank you Anne-Sophie & Francois-Xavier for a fantastic holiday!

Ein Traumhaus!

Nachdem uns der Aufenthalt bereits im vergangen Jahr zusammen mit zwei Freunden und Hund sehr gut gefallen hat, war auch diesmal unser Aufenthalt herrlich. Das Traumhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen, bietet viel Platz mit 4 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern und 2 separaten Toiletten. Der offene große Wohnbreich mit ausreichend ausgestatteter offener Küche ist von zwei Terassen und einem gepflegten Garten umrahmt. Für uns ein echtes Traumhaus! St.-Jacut ist ein niedlicher Ort und bietet alles für den täglichen Bedarf, außerdem eine ortstypische Bar, ein einfaches Restaurant, eine Creperie und eine Strandbar. Freitags ist Wochenmarkt. Strände sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Der Standort ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der Region. Anreise und Abwicklung mit der Agentur sind unkompliziert, der Kontakt war sehr freundlich. Fazit: klare Empfehlung - wir kommen wieder!

Ein wunderschönes Haus, in zentraler Lage. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet und eine sehr nette Hausdame. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser herrlichen Landschaft sehr genossen.

Toller Urlaub in wundervoller Umgebung

Wir waren mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) 2 Wochen lang zu Gast im "Maison Kernoo". Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Es ist hell und von den Besitzern liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Mit 8 Personen hatten wir ausreichend Platz und konnten in der gut ausgestatteten Küche sogar gemeinsam kochen. Die nächste Badebucht mit schönem Sandstrand ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt einen kleinen Ortskern, wo alle Dinge des täglichen Gebrauchs erhältlich sind. Größere Supermärkte sind in den umliegenden Orten mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Der Beschreibung des Hauses stimmen wir voll und ganz zu. Wir danken François und Anne-Sophie, dass wir in ihrem Haus zu Gast sein durften!

modernes Haus in bezaubernder Umgebung

Schönes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung; wir vermissten lediglich ein paar Küchengegenstände wie Zitronenpresse oder eine Reibe. Gepflegter, schöner Garten. Das Haus wird wohl nur zeitweise vermietet, so dass Privatgegenstände der Eigentümer in Carport und Garage das Abstellen des eigenen Autos dort leider nicht möglich machen. Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Angestellten der Agentur. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Mooi huis met grote keuken, helaas niet heel proper, de ovens waren zeer vuil, het koffietoestel was nog vol koffiepads van vorige huurders en ook de barbeque was vuil, heel jammer maar qua huis en inrichting zeker een aanrader.

Erholsamer Urlaub im perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit Freunden zu viert plus Hund in dem Ferienhaus und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Das Haus ist extrem gut ausgestattet, wie haben draußen gemütlich gegrillt, es gab viele Sitzgelegenheiten und der Strand zu beiden Inselseiten war in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Das Grundstück ist sehr liebevoll mit vielen Blumen und eingezäunt. Wir würden sofort nochmal hinfahren, da uns auch die tolle Gegend sehr positiv überrascht und gefallen hat.

Très bon séjour

La villa est très bien équipée, bien située. On s’y sent bien. L’accueil était super!! Le village est sympa avec une épicerie et la région est magnifique. De bonnes promenades possibles.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette location même si les travaux ne sont pas tout à fait finis. Décorée avec goût, nous y avons passé un séjour très agréable. Rien ne manque sauf peut être un congélateur . Idéal pour une famille ou entre amis. Le jardin demande à être vraiment clos pour les animaux de compagnie. Les environs sont magnifiques, beaucoup de restaurants de qualité dans cette région. On ne s ennuie pas. Merci aux propriétaires pour la télévision car pendant un confinement, ça aide. Elle pourrait peut être restée 😉.Ne sait- on jamais! Nous y reviendrons sans doute si nous ne déménageons pas en Bretagne.

Maison et environnement idéals

Grande maison neuve tout confort, spacieuse et lumineuse avec décoration tendance, Double terrasse, agréable jardin avec barbecue, transats...Kayak et vélos mis à disposition. Plages, marché, commerces et restaurants à quelques minutes à pieds. Excellent séjour en famille (6 personnes de 23 à 80 ans). Nous recommandons +++ et espérons y revenir!

Excellent séjour en familles en décembre

Très belle maison, spacieuse, fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Proximité du chemin des douaniers et des plages. Idéale pour un séjour à deux familles. Très bon accueil, des propriétaires à l'écoute. On recommande vivement !

Maison absolument superbe

Nous avons loué cette maison pour s'y retrouver en famille (5 adultes et 3 jeunes enfants), et nous avons été absolument ravis! Elle est spacieuse, lumineuse, fonctionnelle, très confortable, décorée avec goût, très bien située (plages et commerces à pieds)... Nous ne pouvons que la recommander! Une telle location participe au bonheur des vacances!
