Penthouse just steps from the beach, with pool and air conditioning

Very nice apartment of about 80sqm consists of an entrance hall, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen (US fridge, stove, coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. .), two bedrooms, one with double bed (140x190), the other with two single beds (90x190), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside you will enjoy two superb terraces: one in front of the living room and kitchen, with table and chairs for meals, plancha and store visor for maximum comfort. And another private roof terrace with large lounge and deck chairs. From this terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea. The apartment is rented with a private parking space.
The sandy beach of Agay is only 150 meters from the residence, as well as all the shops and restaurants. You will appreciate the air conditioning in all the rooms of the apartment, and the big swimming pool of the residence.

Linen is not provided, but packs can be hired for €25/person/week, including sheets, bath towels, bathroom mats and kitchen rags (contact Les Vacances de Magali to book your linen packs at least one week before your arrival).

Auch beim zweiten Mal super !

Wir haben bereits zum zweiten Mal bei Magali gebucht und es hat uns wieder total gut gefallen. Tolle Lage für Ausflüge in der Umgebung! Insgesamt eine echte Empfehlung !

Schöne Wohnung in Ferienanlage

Schöne Wohnung in geschackvoll angelegter und gepflegter Ferienanlage mit parkähnlichem Garten und tollem Pool in verkehrsgünstiger Lage. Strand, Bäcker und Restaurants in 5 min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Leider müssten im Bad dringend die Fugen der Badewanne neu verfugt werden, da sie weitestgehend braun-schwarz verfärbt waren, und auf sämtlichen Sofakissen fanden sich (Tier-?) Haare. Davon abgesehen war alles in Ordnung.

Top Urlaub in Agay Residenz Rive Nature

Die Unterkunft war wie auf FeWo beschrieben sehr schön. Gut aufgeteiltes Appartement, großer Balkon, super private Dachterrasse mit Außendusche und großem Sonnenschirm. Nah zum Strand und kleinem Supermarkt. Toller sauberer Strand mit Duschen, sauberes Meer. Einziges Manko des Appartments: es liegt direkt an einer befahrenen Straße und in der Nähe der Bahn.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines formidables dans votre appartement. Le logement est très bien situé, proche des commerces et de la mer à pied. L'appartement était très confortable, aussi bien qu'à la maison.

Très bien placé

L'appartement est vraiment très bien placé, à proximité de la mer/commerces/ restaurants...Pas besoin de prendre la voiture si on ne le souhaite pas. L'annonce correspond très bien à l'appartement qui est moderne, très propre, très bien équipé (four, machines à laver linge/vaisselle, vaisselles..). Les chambres sont confortables. La terrasse sur le toit et le grand espace vert sont très appréciables.

Bel appartement confortable

Nous avons apprécié l’accuei sympathique et professionnel réservé par Mme Mansier à notre arrivée dans cet appartement charmant, très clair et très bien équipé. L’appartement est très bien situé par rapport à la mer, aux golfs, aux magasins et aux restaurants (même si l’environnement est un peu bruyant). À conseiller sans restrictions
