plumbing issues in 55-320

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we had a bad overall experience with the plumbing. the hot water heater did not work and it took the better part of 4 days to replace it. the shower valves in both bathrooms were very difficult to operate . my wife couldn't pull them on . once on they would not hold a steady temperature. management seemed to be understaffed as they were slow to respond and either didn't answer the phone or took a long time to respond. the property is not fit for occupancy with the old plumbing fixtures .

A Bit Long in the Tooth

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is presented as brand new and in truth it is quite dated. The fan in the master bath is broken and the toilet doesn't work quite right. The check in is completely confusing and is at least 10-15 miles from the property... No one ever answers the phone at the property management number.

PGA West Mediocrity

Overall, we enjoyed the location and the beauty of the area, including daily visits from many Big Horn Sheep from the Santa Rosa Mountains. The grounds were well manicured by an army of well equipped workers, and the swimming pool was a one minute walk. The property itself had not been updated for several years and there was significant deferred maintenance, including old beds and sliding glass doors.
