My house is a perfect place for you to enjoy your peaceful vacation and create beautiful memories. Located just 2 minutes from the beach, Spiaggia grande and 4 minutes from the smaller and quieter beach Fornillo, dock, center and shops you'll be down in no time. Only 20 steps to take down to enjoy your day shopping or at the beach. The steps up to the house are gated so only the guests have access. This house has everything for you to have a relaxing stay. Fully stocked kitchen for you to make your dinners and a big terrace to enjoy your meals with a breathtaking view of the sea. Why go out to dinner when you have this amazing view. Having a nice bottle of wine or a bottle of Prosecco and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the dock bellow and in the evening the peaceful sunset.
Being located at the point of the mountain you have a vast view of the area to the left and right and in the evenings you'll have the nice sea breeze to cool you off.

この宿泊施設の特徴
This centrally located apartment, which is 2 minutes from the center, beach and shops, is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the other either with a queen bed or 2 singles, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a private terrace overlooking the sea. There are both indoor and outdoor dining options. The rooms all have an air conditioning unit in them and tvs. There are amenities such as sheets, towels, beach towels, a TV, a nespresso coffe machine, iron and iron board, fireplace and a hair dryer. A washing machine is available in the apartment. The apartment sleeps up to 4 people. We offer all the basics to cook at home and also bottle of water, coffe and tea.
Also I just put this apartment up and that's the reason for no feedbacks. But I have 5 other apartments I manage and am a superhost.
A few things to note are:
There is a 60 Euro cleaning fee to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Any arrival after 8pm there will be a 50Euro fee to be paid in cash at arrival and please let me know ahead of time if you plan on arriving after 8pm.
No drones are allowed to be flown from the property.
No smoking, parties or events.
Also I just put this apartment up and that's the reason for no feedbacks. But I have 5 other apartments I manage and am a superhost.
