Beautiful home, great location

Our stay was excellent at the villa - very efficient check in and check out, with lots of useful information provided by Philippe and Serenella. Great location and easy to get to from Bordeaux.

Amazing Property

Simply cannot speak highly enough of this property and its owner, Serenella. As the weather was very hot, we spent most of our time at the house in the pool, or playing pool inside when we needed to escape. Perfectly placed for visits to Bordeaux and Saint-Emillion, as well as Langon being just 5 mins away. We also loved the outdoor kitchen and bbq. Serenella was always available when needed and kept in touch to make sure we were all ok. The perfect holiday venue.

The perfect getaway!

The house is absolutely amazing and the outdoor area is perfection. We used the outdoor electrical grill almost every day and ate outside on one of the two large outdoor tables every evening. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the style of the rooms and bathrooms was wonderful. The location of the house is outside of the town in the vines and is so peaceful. You can easily visit the vineyards in Sauternes or drive to the medieval villages across the river. I recommend staying here!!

Lovely property with a couple of imperfections...

We had a very enjoyable stay & the hosts where extremely amenable, especially around checkout. Positives: - A beautiful, peaceful property - the living area is stunning, comfortable & great views over the vines - The swimming pool was AMAZING - huge, crystal clear & perfect temperature. We couldn't fault it. Comfy loungers too. - The plancha & bar area - easy way to cook and great spot for meals - Comfy beds - Plenty of hot water for showers - Well equipped kitchen - Good location if you have a car Negatives: The property feels a little unloved - the dishwasher & fridge doors were broken, one of the fridges didn't work, the induction hob buttons didn't always work, one of the treadmills in the gym was out of order & one of the sockets didn't work so you couldn't use the x trainer & other treadmill at the same time. When we arrived the hot tub water was green (the maintenance guy was off sick) but the filter clearly hadn't been cleaned all summer. We had permission to empty it & start again - luckily we knew what we were doing so we could use it! Also worth noting - the 2 ensuite bedrooms only have a bath/shower. The 2 toilets are separate & shared by all. Would have been nice to have bikes to cycle to the boulangerie. It's a 3km round trip. Overall, great property (and the best pool), but could easily be perfect with a little extra attention.

merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine (3.9. - 10.9.2022) magnifique et ensoleillée dans cette propriété de caractère qui se distingue par son emplacement, son calme, sa propreté et son confort. L'accueil et la disponibilité du propriétaire étaient impeccables. L'endroit est idéal pour découvrir cette merveilleuse région. Tout est très bien accessible, la côte atlantique, Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion, Dune du Pilat. Nous ne pouvons que recommander le Château les Queyrats.

A wonderful rural stay

Our family of all ages had a nice stay. The house is located in the middle of picturesque vines and makes for a relaxing holiday. The pool is perfect and is we spent most of our time outside--either swimming, lounging, or cooking in the outdoor kitchen. There is lots of space inside to spread out and made our longer stay (two months) possible Langon is nearby for the essentials. Serenella is wonderful! She is quick to respond and very knowledgable. We are so grateful to her for making our family summer abroad possible.

Superbe et magnifique emplacement dans une très belle région, proche de sites remarquables à visiter. Maison avec beaucoup d'espace et très confortable. Jeux nombreux, Billard, grande et longue piscine idéale pour nager. Parfait pour de très belles vacances.
