Thank you so much for kind words and honest feedback. We will take into account the things you mentioned and work to continuously improve our cabin! We do recommend in the check-in instructions to screenshot directions and entry codes as the internet can be spotty on the way up the mountain. We do keep the wifi code listed in the check-in instructions as well, so when guests arrive they can immediately login and have service. The loft is high, but we do often have children stay here and they love it! With guardian supervision everyone stays safe and enjoys the space. Thank you, again, and we hope to see you back for another visit sometime!

We’re so happy you emptied your stay with us! So sorry to hear that there was a bit of trouble checking in due to lack of cell service! Glad you were able to make it in ok, regardless and we’ll be sure to add WiFi info in the check in instructions to help prevent that. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you for taking the time and sharing your experience, Sheila! We are so glad you enjoyed this very special home of ours, and a special thank you for the compliment on our amazing Property Manager, Linda!
