Enjoy beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean while sitting on your private porch. Located in the scenic La Brisa complex, this two bedroom condo features a large open floor plan with amazing views. Air conditioning and ceiling fans located in every room. Amenities include a pool, hot tub and tennis courts. Just a few steps across the street in Smathers Beach which offers beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, kayaks and sailboats available for rent.

If you are looking for entertainment- only five minutes away is Duval Street which features entertainment for all ages. Only five minutes Key West International Airport.

Extra features include one covered parking spot, three televisions, WiFi included, Cable TV, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen.

Because of the beautiful property there are no trailers allowed to park. Just to unloading items

Renting this condo was end-to-end EXCELLENT!! Price was fair, place was nice, the view was unbeatable, and the check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. I highly recommend, and I absolutely plan to stay here again on a future trip to KW!

We had a wonderful week here in Key West. This condo has everything we needed. It was a relaxing place to return to after a busy day of sightseeing, eating delicious food and just enjoying the vibe of Key West. The pool is clean, and the beach is convenient. David is most patient in providing instructions and dealing with all inquiries.

The apartment has a wonderful view from the terrace . The apartment is well maintained. It was very clean. The internet and TV's worked well. The owners were very workable. The location is a short distance from downtown Key West. However, you are far enough away where it is quiet. The complex is very secure and comfortable. The pool is only a few steps away from the building the apartment is in. The beach is across the street from the complex. It was a good experience.

Perfect Vacay Stay

This is a wonderful property, and it worked out perfectly for our extended family. The view was magnificent, the pool was large and wonderful to swim in, the kitchen was big and well-appointed, and the beds were comfortable.

Wonderful condo

This condo is amazing and just as pictured. Great location right across the street from Smathers Beach. The condo is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and the patio large with lots of space to sit and enjoy the view!! The owner was great at communicating all necessary information and very prompt to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent, we will stay everytime we come to Keywest. Love the view. Would not stay anywhere else.The owner was very helpful and got back to us quickly anytime we needed anything! The condo was quiet, and the others at the condo were quiet and thoughtful of everyone staying there!

Wonderful experience

Communication with the owner was great. The view was great and everything was just as described. The place was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in and we’ve rented a lot of VRBO places.

Great Location and great complex

Great place to stay. Right across from Smathers Beach and short ride on golf cart to Duval Street. Definitely will book again. Great communication with Owner.

This amazing property is located on the 3rd floor of La Brisa , which is across the street from Smathers Beach. The Ocean View IS breath taking.
Smathers beach offers a variety of water sports or just sit and relax on the beach.
La Brisa offers a salt water pool, Sauna, Tennis courts, hot tub
