I cannot pick out just one thing that stood out in the home. Everything was perfect. The rooms the decor the Jacuzzi game room. Everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend renting this home. Booking was easy and quick. Communicating with the host was super easy and they were very responsive and gave detailed instructions.

The host was great and responded to questions timely. House was well stocked and we enjoyed the extra touches. We enjoyed the backyard space and sunset over the pond behind the house. The hot tub was small and water level very low when being heated. Security gate was difficult to get ahold of and difficult for guests and ubers. Keycards worked well. Kids enjoyed the game room. 4 master bedrooms were great for our family. We would likely stay again.

This home by far had plenty of room for all of our guests. The pool and patio area were spacious for the kids. I like the fact that the owners have an alarm and cameras for security. The owners were also very communicative. If I could give it a 4.5 I would.

We enjoyed the house and the development it is located in. We were there for a tournament that was right across the street so it was very convenient.

Beautiful Welcoming Home!

My 50th birthday celebration, Christmas and New Year's were so amazing at this well kept, clean, spacious home. We had plenty of room to spread out from the teenagers as well as comforts of home to enjoy family meals together. The property was gorgeous and the family loved the tiki bar.

Perfect home away from home

My sister and I and our 3 daughters stayed over Thanksgiving. The house was clean and comfortable. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, which was so nice with 3 teenage girls. The owners were very easy to work with and responded quickly to any messages. We would stay here again for our next trip to Orlando.

Great House, Good Times!

This house was beautiful, just as described in the listing. Had a great time with my family of 13 people for thanksgiving. Owners were very responsive throughout our stay, and I had no complaints! Bonus for beautiful sunset views every single night!

Roger and Lucy, Have done an amazing job making sure you will have everything you need for your vacation. Pool and spa heat work great! Arcade room is a fun and relaxing atmosphere! Highly recommended to anyone needing a home away from home.

House was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool / hot tub heat was a little confusing, but we realized a few days in when the repair man showed up that the timer was getting stuck.

Excellent location and superb property

We had an absolutely fabulous holiday with the villa offering a perfect home from home. Without doubt we will be back to enjoy the Florida sun at Terre Verde. Roger and Lucy are so easy to book through and go that extra mile to make your holiday a relaxing time in a beautiful villa. Our party ranged from 6 to 74 years old and everyone has said it was the best holiday ever with a perfect location for the main attractions combined with the tranquility of your own space and wonderful views.

The stay was awesome, the people were nice to work with. Fit 10 people very comfortably. House is stocked with anything you would need. The pictures are true to the house that are listed on the site. We all had an amazing time, spent most of the time at the game room.

Wonderful villa

The villa was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. It was also close to everything and from there it was good to make trips to various attractions. The pool area was our favorite and we spent a lot of time there swimming and watching the sunsets. We also spent time in the evenings in the games room playing different games. Everything was like listing promised and our family spent a wonderful vacation there. We can recommend the villa to anyone and we would love to come again ourselves.
