Birthday weekend

We stayed for the weekend. The location close to the ward made it convenient to catch a concert and the boat dock worked out good fir our 22’ center console.

Just a few things that weren’t completed in remodel. Should be for the next renter. Good location and fishing off pier was awesome. Quiet area to stay in and walking distance to great restaurants. Owner communicates well with you.

Responsive and Flexible

Angie was very communicative and flexible with this listing. My sister and I stayed here to attend the Hangout Festival and she allowed us to check-in early and responded in a reasonable manner. There was a miscommunication between Angie and her cleaning service so the place was not ready when we arrived but Angie immediately refunded the cleaning fee and some more for any inconveniences. The location is near a lot of restaurants and other convenient locations. There is also a cute porch area and access to a dock for boaters. I would stay again!

Already want to book again

Was a great location. Clean. Felt like home away from home! Daughter loved having her own room and bathroom. We knew with our daughter playing in a World Series softball tournament we wouldn’t be there very much, but we wanted it to be a place to relax and unwind after a long, hot stressful day at the fields. And it checked off that box perfectly! If our team comes back for World Series again, we will be booking here again for sure! The host was amazing. Made me feel super comfortable and stress free check in.

Inaccurate listing

Parking was tough, Both toilets do not flush properly, No Toilet Paper, No TV service, front bedroom was hot. No way to secure the front door beyond the combo lock. Dumpster was full for the entire visit.

Condo needs attention

The only reason I gave the rating that I did was because, there were things in condo that needed attention. Refrigerator was turned of(inside control) and it took overnight before it started cooling down. Several light bulbs were blown and there were no spares to change them out. Floors were dirty. Television in the living room was messed up and couldn’t be changed with remote control. We tired several times to program remote to tv with no luck. This condo had a lot of potential, but obviously needs attention from the owner and cleaning crew.

Great Location!

A short drive from the Gulf with a pool that overlooks the bay! Great location close to all the area has to offer, and maintains a peaceful atmosphere.

Nice place!

me and my boyfriend stayed for a long weekend for a music festival! Great property in a good location. Nice place on the bay also not to far from the public beaches. Lots of food places near by.

Exactly what I wanted.

We stayed here to go to an event at the Wharf. The condo is located close to the Wharf and restuarants. We enjoyed. our stay.

Great place! Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect. It’s a 3-5 minute drive to the beach, in walking distance to several restaurants, and you are steps away from a gorgeous bay. The kids also enjoyed the swimming pool that was clean and hardly had anyone using it. The room was great for the price. Had extra pillows and blankets if we needed them and all the appliances worked. Couldn’t ask for better at the price we paid. We would gladly stay here again!

Wharf concert getaway

Upon arrival, we discovered that the unit had yet to be cleaned from the previous guest due to a mix-up with the maid. The owner offered a discount of the cleaning fee if we cleaned it ourselves, which we were unable to do because it would mean missing the concert that we were there to see. Fortunately, the unit was cleaned while we were out. We do feel that compensation would have been appreciated do to the stress of not knowing what we were coming back to that first night. Overall, the stay was enjoyable. This is a quiet complex near restaurants and the bay.
