ビーチコロニーオーシャンフロントリゾートは、マートルビーチの人混みが少なく家族向けのセクションであるゴールデンマイルに位置しています。 リラックスした休暇を過ごすのに最適な場所であり、わずか数マイルの場所で素晴らしいアクティビティやエンターテイメントを楽しめます。

私たちのコンドミニアムは最終ユニットであるため、標準ユニットよりも窓、スペース、プライバシー、騒音が少なくなっています。 追加の窓はコンドミニアムの居住空間を光で満たし、明るく快適な「家から離れた家」を提供します。 バルコニーは、ほとんどの場合よりもプライバシーが確保されるように配置されているため、遮るもののないビーチと海の素晴らしい眺めが楽しめます。

Location to the beach was excellent and the resort pools were very nice. Communication with the host was wonderful with timely responses. Resort grounds and rooms are clearly marked no smoking and no vaping. On the weekend we had to leave the resort grounds because of the strong marijuana smell. Sadly there is no way to really address this. Plan to bring your own toilet paper. I believe the host may make this more clear in the information of what is provided and not provided. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

We have been told go to front desk and let them know where you are located and they will try to figure out where it's coming from. Great beach location!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The owners were very great communicators and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We LOVED the proximity to the beach and that they had beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas for us to use while we were there. We would definitely stay here again!

I spent the last week of July here with my family of four, and I can’t say enough good things about our stay. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was right at our fingertips.My children, ages 6 and 9, shared the first bedroom, which has two queen beds. The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom, an in-unit washer and dryer, and direct access to the balcony.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. Although I didn’t cook during our stay, I noticed plenty of cookware, appliances, dishes, and utensils available for guests.The parking situation was excellent. We parked on the fifth level of the garage, making it incredibly convenient to access the sixth-floor condo by crossing the bridge and going up just one floor. The parking attendant was exceptionally friendly and helpful.The pools were wonderful, and my son especially loved the hot tub. The beach was just steps away with direct access from the property. One of my favorite surprises was finding beach chairs (both low-sitting and standard), a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and plenty of beach toys in the bedroom closet. Not having to pack or rent those beach essentials made our trip so much easier.I’d absolutely give this condo a 10 out of 10. Curt and Teresa were outstanding hosts, responding to my messages promptly—usually within an hour or two. If Myrtle Beach is in our travel plans again, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo, and I’ll definitely recommend it to others.

Great stay!

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was nice and clean with every amenity. The walk to the pool and beach were convenient and we loved how the pools were heated! We would definitely recommend this VRBO to friends and family.

Family Trip for softball tournament

Fully furnished (including beach gear) and very clean condo. The fans in the bedrooms were much appreciated! The resort overall was very nice - restaurant/bar was great, pools and lazy river pleasant. Close to a lot of restaurants and things to do - some options were walking distance. Coffee shop less than half mile away was awesome!

Myrtle Beach has become a favorite spot for our family. With so many available activities for all ages and range of interests, Myrtle Beach has something for everyone. With regard to 617 Beach Colony Resort, our family first stayed in this condo in October of 2019, and we loved it! We even got to know the owners, so when it became available, we knew we had to make it our second home. Beach Colony is ocean front and has all the amenities you could ever want. It is located within a stretch of Myrtle Beach known as the “Golden Mile”. Named for its picturesque scenery as well as its quiet and mostly residential setting, it is perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay at the beach.
