2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower.

Rented for maximum 4 people.

Ideal in summer and winter.

Easy access all year round.

- 1 bedroom with bunk bed (single bed above, double bed below) and 1 pull-out single bed.

- living room with cable TV, wifi and fireplace,

- large balcony with mountain views,

- 1 parking space in the garage.



Equipment:

Induction hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette machine (with small pans) and fondue set (Chinese and cheese).

Hair dryer, Bluetooth stereo.

Washing machine and tumble dryer in the building (extra charge).



This apartment is comfortable and ideally located. If you are travelling without a car, the bus stop is a 200-metre walk from the building.

Included in the price for the number of people indicated at the time of booking:

Perfect apartment for 4

The apartment was in a great location close to the lift, restaurants etc. It was immaculately clean and a perfect size for 4 people - good sized bathrooms and bedrooms and a very comfortable living space with well-equipped kitchen. The view was spectacular and also nice to have a balcony in the sunny evenings. Would definitely book this apartment again!

Eine sehr schöne, praktische und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, die ideal zum Skigebiet gelegen ist. Der Skilift ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Garage ist sehr gross und es hat einen grossen Skiraum. Leider war bei unserer Ankunft noch schmutziges Geschirr in der Geschirrspülmaschine und im Gefrierfach Lebensmittel von den Vormietern. Die Kochpfannen sind in einem desolaten Zustand und müssten dringend ersetzt werden. Es wäre praktischer anzureisen, wenn der Garagenöffner in der Briefkastenbox wäre. - Vielleicht müsste dazu eine grössere Box installiert werden.

A fabulous apartment in a great location.

The apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and well-equipped, the linen was good, the kitchen a good size and nice bathrooms. The view was also lovely to wake up to. It is close to the main lift and although a walk up a slope, nothing too taxing. The parking accommodated our large van. The communication was also very good. Nothing!

the location was perfect, very close to the cable car. The flat is comfortable, modern and cozy The big door/window in the living room is very inconvenient and hard to open and close

Schönes Appartement

Wir waren eine Woche mit drei Kindern da. Das Zimmer für die Kinder hat ein Hochbett, und eines was ca 160 cm breit war, also groß genug für 2Kinder wenn sie das mögen. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist großzügig, das Wohnzimmer mit Esszimmer und offener Küche ist wirklich groß, Die Ausstattung ist sinnvoll, es gibt von allem genug und die Küchengeräte sind sehr gut. Die Lage ist allerdings direkt an der Straße zur Talstation, Vorteil: zu Fuß in Fünf Minuten an der Gondel, Nachteil: der entsprechende Geräusch Pegel, ab 5 Uhr Räumfahrzeuge bei Schneefall. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur läuft reibungslos und zügig. Eine Reparatur wegen eines abgebrochenen Türgriffs ging sehr schnell. Unbedingt zu empfehlen! Michael Graubener, Februar 2020
