28 sq-m studio for 4 persons on the third floor of the residence with lift.
Balcony exposed West.

Living area with dining table, 2 single beds, storages and television.
Kitchen area with ceramic hobs, washing machine, microwave and mini oven,
fridge with freezer and all the necessary equipment.
