Studio corner mountain of 25 m² with balcony is for 4 people on the 2nd floor of the residence with elevator. View on the esplanade and the thermal park.

Living room with storage, flat screen television. Kitchen with ceramic hobs, combined oven/microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer.

BEDS:
- Mountain corner: a set of bunk beds (2 people) at the entrance separated by a curtain.
- Living room: a set of sofa beds (2 people) in the living room.

BATHROOM:
Bathroom with shower and WC.

Washing machine. WIFI internet access.
Ski locker.
Parking space in addition, subject to availability.

RENTAL CONDITIONS :
Bed linen included from 15/12 to 15/04 for short winter stays.
Bed linen is not included for all year round stays.
Towels and cleaning at the end of the stay not included and on request.
Deposit required on arrival.
Supplement of 30€ per animal per stay (maximum 2 animals).
