Large 1 bedroom duplex classifed 2* 57 sq-m apartment for 6 persons on the 7th floor of the residence with lift. 8 sq-m West facing balcony with clear views of mountains and forest.

Living area with television, sofa and dining area.
Open plan kitchen all equipped: vitroceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer and cooking hood.

SLEEPING CAPACITY:
Bedroom upstairs : one double bed (2 persons) and one single bed (1 person).
Living-room: one set of pull out bed (2 persons) and one single bed (1 person).

BATHROOM:
Bathroom with bath. Separate toilets.

Washing machine. Ski locker.

RENTAL CONDITIONS :
Bed linen included from 15/12 to 15/04 for short winter stays.
Bed linen is not included for all year round stays.
