Ground floor apartment located in a small residence.
View of the South side of Brides les Bains and the mountains.

1st level: living-area with dining table, open kitchen, living-room area with a sofa bed for 2 people (140cm/180cm), flat screen television.
Storage with possibility of leaving the skis.

Equipped kitchen with vitroceramic hobs, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.

BEDROOM UPSTAIRS:
Bedroom with one double bed 140 cm (2 persons) and a sofa bed 130 cm (possibility of an extra bed for a child)
Corridor with storages.

BATHROOM:
Spacious bathroom with high ceilings: bath tube and washing machine.
Separate toilet.

One outside parking space next to the residence.

RENTAL CONDITIONS :
