Space was large, pool and hot tub clean and ready to use. Kitchen fairly well stocked with utensils pots pans and dishes(needs a new can opener) floor swept/vacuumed but need mopping, filthy feet and sock very quickly after arriving. Bath tubs a bit slick and nothing was handicap accessible or equipped

The Smokey Mountains are beautiful and our view from our 8 bedroom cabin was great. However, that is where the good part of our 7 day vacation ended. The AC on the 4th floor, where 1/2 of my bedrooms were located did not work properly for 3 1/2 days, resulting in temps of 78 - 80 degrees (AC people arrived as I was checking out to replace entire AC units at the cabin). I had people sleeping on floors and on couches in my cabin !!! Trash was not picked up all week for 26 people, so I had trash piled up in the main hallway. The pool and the hot tub were not serviced before I arrived.......dirty. The pool dehumidifier was broken, never worked, was promised to be replaced, but never was. The pool cues in the game room all did not have tips, all broken off. The much advertised Theater room had a couch that had the covering all torn up. We had to plunge the kitchen sink with a toilet plunger 3 times because it backed up. Both futon beds were buckled in the center and unusable, one they replaced with an air mattress. This Majestic Mountain Waters Cabin, as it is called, was not cleaned and prepared for someone to rent, and certainly not for the price I paid. It was far from Majestic !!!

Extremely disappointing/disgusting for $10,000. Won’t ever come back.
Cabin was very dirty. Cabin sleeps over 20 people so you count on things like blankets for the sofa sleepers. NOPE, just sheets. When we called to get blankets manager insisted there were blankets in closets and did not bring any after we complained. Both futons were broke and mattresses had to be pulled off frame for safety. The bar stools are falling apart and unsafe. There were none in game room so we brought the best one up. Kitchen chairs were also falling apart. Stove was filthy. At least 3 of the TVs didn’t work and most of them we couldn’t change channels because remotes were gone. Yet there are signs posted on all TVs to not meddle w tv equipment or $200 fine. Movie room was a joke. There was no remote so kids had to watch movies w subtitles. Cabin had a private pool w no pool chairs except one rusty one and a card table. Game room had all broken pool sticks. 2 games didn’t work. Furniture in living room was run down. After we finalized our payment we saw that these issues were listed in a June 14 review for same cabin and property managers did NOTHING to fix any thing for future renters. No one else should be robbed money for this cabin that you are passing off as a “majestic” cabin. The photos posted are deceiving. Lastly and most disheartening was check in process. Our family did a 2 day drive from MN to experience this run down dated cabin. They didn’t have our cabin ready at 4pm and stated they guarantee 6pm. My whole family left their homes and planned for a 4pm entry to have a family dinner. At 6pm we still weren’t able to get in to a clean cabin. Being that we had elderly and infants in our party, We finally walked in at 6pm and the cleaning crew was still there. They blamed their tardiness on the people before us being allowed to stay in the cabin well into the afternoon. We wanted to use this cabin as an opportunity to spend family time together, swimming, movies, games. The cabin was so disappointing we ended spending hundreds of dollars on unplanned excursions to get out of the cabin. Well done, you didn’t listen to your past guests and now you have lost us forever as well.
The property management team is rude and unhelpful. Based on recent reviews, this type of mismanagement happens often and you just don’t care. Thank you, we’ll be taking our annual family gathering somewhere else.

very poorer management that property I’ll not refer to family, friends or customers
Very poorly management, no internet, filthy in the kitchen(very very unclean) dishes, utensil was dirty and greasy, stove top and oven was filthy/ I took photo, none of the game was working, no battery all the tv remocontrol /we bought it, most window blind was broken/curtain rod too! Dining room Chair was broken/ it was glued -I took photo and game room 4 stool was all shaken and dining room stool was same condition so we can’t even used. So I call management office they came pick up chair and stool (when we’re gone) they never brought them back!! Go to the pool door, lock was broken it supposed use code to open the door to go to pool but you can’t lock, door lock wasn’t work so there’s no security for children’s, theater DVD not working at all. Laundry room light was out so we can’t see so we use cell phone flash light. 8 room out of 4 room closet has so many things there we can’t use it look like storage!! Bathroom floor was so dirty I have cleaned before I walk around(I took photo too!!) it gross me all my family and not good experience at all. We go every year but we never had issues, even we have a few issues but when we call the office they came very quickly and repair or do something about it. But your company failed all the way!!! we try to and can a tolerated most of the time, this is the first time ever had this bad!!!!!’
So we call office none of them fix or repair then internet went out until day before we leave that cabin. Oh when we call they’ll gonna send house keeper to cleaning but no one came.
