Amazing!

This cute little casita was perfect for my grandparents to stay the weekend. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. The place was clean and conveniently located. So happy with our stay and will definitely return!

Great place to stay

Very clean and quiet place. About 20 minutes from downtown Durango and only about 15 minutes from Lake Vallecito. Easy access and driveway parking. Has any cooking essentials you need and the washer and dryer is certainly a plus. We would certainly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Great little spot in Bayfield.

This rental has everything you need for a short stay or a prolonged visit. Upon arrival the property was clean and tidy inside and out and all amenities were in proper order. Would recommend and would stay here again.

A quiet and private experience.

The rental was very clean and well-equipped. Not lavish, but nicely appointed. Location was easy to locate, very quiet and very private. Mattress was comfortable. Wifi worked well. We would definitely stay here again. This Vrbo represents excellent value for the money!!

Cute Bayfield Carriage House

Nice little property in Bayfield CO. It was bigger than the pictures made it seem. It was everything our family of 4 needed for a quick weekend stay. Henry the dog was very friendly.

Professionalism and ease of location

Professionalism and ease of location. Well holding an event in Bayfield it was very important that our officials for this event stayed local as well we wanted to support the local community of Bayfield. The cleanliness professionalism and Easter book made not only Bayfield look fantastic but our organization as well I was very happy that I chose to put our officials in a VRBO as opposed to a hotel

Very nice guest house

Were in Bayfield to visit son and his family. Spent most of our time at their house. Used guest house for sleeping and showering. It was very clean and well equipped with appliances and the bed was comfortable. Could use some instruction on TV use.

Quaint and quiet

This property is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. It is conveniently located and easy to navigate to. The bed was comfortable but a bit small for us and there weren’t any nightstands but we repurposed the chairs from the kitchen table and that helped. The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness was due to finding a few spiderwebs and 2 spiders and there was some ant activity in the bathroom. I informed the owner and they stated they will deal with that issue so that future guests won’t have that problem. We visit elderly family in Bayfield and will stay at this property again!!

Great spot with easy access to fun

Super clean and cute. Close to Mill St for restaurants. About 30 minutes to downtown Durango & 45 to Pagosa. Perfect spot to be central for mountain biking, jeeping and hiking. Also, great bike/hike trails in nearby sauls creek.

Gran & Grampy out and about

This property was excellent, well kept, and just right for the two of us. Wasn't that far away from Durango and many attractions in SW and central Colorado. Communications were top notch. The apartment was adjacent to their home but there were away but the cleaning lady was helpful and attentive to our needs. Even Henry the family dog was great.
