IN 2025 we welcome the newly designed and much anticipated resort style pool with beach swimouts, an expanded hot tub and kid pool section plus new pool deck with ample chairs, tables and umbrellas. Also new to 2025 are 5 professionally designed pickleballl courts so join in on America's fastest growing social sport. All this in a super secure community with friendly and helpful staff. Outside the gates and only minutes away is downtown Ft Pierce with Friday Fest (first Friday of every month) plus the Saturday Farmer's market. Take in a show at the historic Sunrise Theatre, visit several area museums or take in a minor league baseball game. We have it all!
