Le Refuge des Elfes, a charming cave house near Beauval and the castles

Authenticity, a change of scenery and calm are guaranteed at the Refuge des Elves, a traditional troglodyte dwelling in the Cher valley. It is not a converted cellar but a real dwelling dug into the hillside and inhabited for more than a century.
The accommodation:
Equipped with all modern comforts, it is a cozy nest full of charm with a pretty garden and 2 terraces (garden furniture) including one covered, close to all amenities, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
It is composed of a living room with equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, 2 coffee makers including a nespresso, toaster, etc...) two bedrooms, one with a bed of 140 and another upstairs very large with 2 beds of 140 (possibility of travel cot in addition), a bathroom, 1 separate toilet, bed linen and towels are provided.
Situation:
500 m from the banks of the Cher, the Refuge des Elfes is located a few minutes from many castles (Chenonceau, Chaumont, Amboise, Cheverny and many others...) also close to the Beauval zoo and the village of Montrésor (2nd favorite village of the French 2015). It is 5 minutes by car from the medieval center of the charming little town of Montrichard. The list of tourist attractions located between 2 and 30 minutes from our home is long and we will be happy to detail them to you.
