Emerald Bay has recently replaced their roof with clay tiles, painted the exterior, added lighting and updated both pools, spas and patios. This condo is a 2 bedroom with master suite, bath and walk in closet. Second bedroom with bath across the hall. Both are equipped with TV and Cable. Dining room with high top table which seats 6, Fully equipped kitchen, bright and clean. The living room has modern, comfortable furniture. The lanai faces the pool, jacuzzi, and one of 2 clubhouse. There are beaches within biking distance as well as several golf courses.
