Location, covered parking, elevator and interior hallways make this condo a great catch. It is located one block off Park Ave. and one block from the Mountain resort. An easy walk to a bus stop or the resort. It has a spacious, open floor plan for kitchen, dining and living area. There is a sturdy kitchen table (good for a card game) and bar stools. The kitchen probably has everything you need to prepare a meal, but bring your favorite pieces if they are important to you. There is no Keurig, but the 12 cup coffeemaker did just fine for me.
There are some things about this place that are a bit quirky. It appears to be a one bedroom condo that was remodeled to make it a two bedroom. These rooms are a bit tight. The primary has a queen bed that is pushed up against a wall. There is one night stand on the open side. There are no windows in this room. The room with two twin beds are also against the walls, and has a large window. The bathrooms are quite unique. Looks like plumbing was added in a way that required the tub/shower in the primary bath to be raised on a platform. This makes it a bit difficult to get into the tub, but there is a grab bar to help. This would NOT be okay for anyone with mobility issues. The secondary bath has a deep jacuzzi tub with a spray head, but no curtain. There are two steps up to get into the tub. Most of the hot water in the heater has to be used to get the water above the jets. It was used once during our stay. It is loud to fill and run. The toilet in this bathroom is also on a raised platform.
The unit's decor hasn't been updated in a while. There is a tube TV with cable. The WIFI worked well for us. Overall, this unit's positives outweighed the negatives. It was good enough for a pleasant stay.
