Hi Monica, thank you for your review and feedback! We're glad that our communication and responsiveness met your expectations during your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the dated appearance of the complex, lack of TV in the second bedroom, and disturbances from neighboring units. However, we're pleased to hear that you still enjoyed your stay and made use of nearby transportation and found our place clean and comfortable. We appreciate your positive interactions with our owner as well. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future!

Wesley, thank you for choosing our location for your recent visit and for taking the time to review your experience. We appreciate the 5-star rating! We are pleased to hear that our location was convenient to the Sheraton conference and that you were able to take advantage of public transit entirely. Additionally, we are glad that we were able to effectively resolve your issue with the furnace. Thank you for bringing your concerns regarding the smell in your room to our attention. We take these matters seriously and acknowledge your observations. We have alerted our housekeeping team for a thorough and deeper cleaning approach in order to better address this smell. We are thankful once again for your stay and feedback, and we look forward to welcoming you back soon!

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your stay at our rental unit. I apologize for the itemized issues that you encountered during your stay, this is certainly not the type of experience we strive to provide our guests. We are sorry to hear that you were not informed about the mandatory 4-5 day lead time on the free ski rental and that some fixtures in the unit were unavailable to use. These situations should have been addressed and communicated properly before your arrival to ensure that there were no surprises upon check-in. We will make sure that such details are included in all future communiqués from our team. Additionally, we take a great deal of pride in ensuring our rentals stand up to the highest standards, so we will certainly be addressing the chair issue and smoke smell immediately with our managing partners ITrip. We appreciate your feedback and hope that we can continue providing excellent service in any future visits from you. If there's anything else we can do, please don't hesitate to reach out directly and let us know.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us, Mackenzie. We're so glad to hear that our communication and keyless entry system enhanced your experience during your visit. Though there were some challenges with noise and cooking smells from other units, we're pleased that they did not greatly impact the overall enjoyment of your stay. We strive to create a friendly and safe environment for all of our guests, and it sounds like we succeeded in doing just that. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with another enjoyable experience. Thank you again for choosing iTrip!

Dear Belva, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. We apologize that the experience was not 100% up to par with our usual standards, and we take your feedback very seriously. We are very sorry for the inconvenience of having to lift the tank cover and jostle the chain each time, and we can assure you this is not typical of our experience. We will use your comments to adjust our maintenance schedule accordingly. Also, we want you to know that we strive to ensure comfort in all of our guest bedrooms - so we appreciate you pointing out that a blackening shade would be beneficial in this case. As for the missing recycle bin, we apologize that it wasn’t readily available. Rest assured, it will now be provided accordingly upon future requests when needed or if there’s next time. Again, thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. We appreciate your help in continuously improving our service!

Hi Scott, thank you for staying with us and sharing this review. Apologies if the communal hot tub was closed during your visit. We hope to get the chance to host you again to provide a better experience. You may also check out our other iTrip homes that may interest you on your next trip. See you!

Thank you for your review of our condo. While we're glad you found the interior of the unit to be well-equipped and clean, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the age of our building and the overall condition of the hot tub area. We strive to ensure that all amenities provided on-site are enjoyable for every guest—your feedback can help us in this regard as we continue to learn and improve. We regret not being able to meet your expectations this time, but we hope you'll consider staying with us again if given the chance. If there's anything more we can do to make sure your next experience is a better one, please don't hesitate to let us know. We appreciate your feedback.
