Authentic and comfortable detached chalet on two floors, located at the foot of the slopes, with ski-in/ski-out access (no. 297 on the resort map). Unobstructed views of the slopes with a south-facing aspect. Close to the town center and shops.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:

Ground floor:

- KITCHEN: Fully equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, a conventional oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, and an electric coffee maker.

- LIVING ROOM: Fixed sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a table for 8 people.

- 2 BATHROOMS with walk-in showers and double vanities.

- Separate WC.

- South-facing TERRACE furnished with a table and chairs.

First floor:

- BEDROOM 1: 1 double bed (140cm) + 2 single beds (90cm) + 1 sink.

- BEDROOM 2: 1 double bed (140cm) + 2 single beds (90cm).
