🏢 This pretty flat located on the 3rd and last floor (no elevator) is composed of :
- a beautiful living room,
- a fully equipped open kitchen,
- a large terrace with a breathtaking view of the Bastille,
- a bathroom with shower and WC.

🛌 The flat has a sleeping space: one double bedroom. It is equipped with electric shutters, for a quiet night in the dark!

⭐ Travel in complete comfort thanks to the facilities in the flat, such as a television, free wifi connection, kitchen equipment (fridge/freezer, hotplates, kettle, microwave, and Dolce Gusto coffee maker (capsules not provided), high bar for 2 people), storage space (wardrobe and cupboard) and bed linen and towels for 2 people on arrival.

Many public transport services (Tram A, B or E, stop Alsace-Lorraine) serving the town and the surrounding area are less than 3 minutes away on foot.
You can discover the town and the district on foot or by bike.

🚗 parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks. Parking KStore at the foot of the building.

Logement super bien placé, plutôt confortable, bonne isolation et accès facile. Seul bémol : la propreté n'est pas parfaite parfaite, la vaisselle et la plaque de cuisson étaient toutes grasses, c'est dommage...

Service clients a l’écoute et sont la pour vous tout au long de votre séjour il réponde très vite. L’un des meilleurs plateforme de location d’appartement dommage qu’il ont pas toutes les villes. Le studio en sois était très propre est clin, j’ai apprécié mon séjour. Je recommande fortement cette plateforme.

C’est un Formule1 en moins bien.

Nous sommes arrivés vers 19h30. Le ménage de cet appartement n’avait pas été fait (vitrocéramique avec projection de gras, passe-plat avec traces de verres et taches suspectes, coton-tige usagé dans le tiroir de la salle de bains, fuite du syphon, cendrier plein de mégots, un troupeau de moutons de poussières sous le lit que nous avons découvert en le déplaçant pour installer les draps, poils sur la bouilloire, taches sur la cafetière, serviette sale au sol, etc.… photos témoins que j’ai envoyé à Majordome Privé). La réponse de Majordome Privé fut dans un premier temps de dire que le ménage avait été fait. Finalement en visionnant les photos, il nous propose d’envoyer une personne pour refaire le ménage à 14h, le lendemain… Elle n’arrivera qu’à 15h et repartira après seulement 30 minutes passés dans l’appartement à faire le strict minimum au regard des photos envoyées. Pas de ménage en profondeur et un aspirateur qui ne marche pas. Majordome Privé dit faire des ménages amélioré au vue de la situation sanitaire actuelle (COVID), c’est bien évidemment très loin de ce qui s’est passé dans cet appartement. J’espère que nous n’aurons pas à déplorer une contamination à la COVID dans les prochains jours ou je me ferais un plaisir de faire un peu de publicité à votre société inconsciente. Quant à l’appartement lui-même, il y a une sacré différence entre les photos et la réalité. Il est en bout de course avec des murs sales (traces de mains, ongles, graisses, liquides un peu partout et autres autour des toilettes), une literie qui mériterait d’être changée, des ampoules grillées çà et là, etc… Les seuls points positifs sont sa localisation et sa terrasse. Bref, je déconseille vivement cet appartement qui est très très très loin de l’esprit airbnd. C’est un Formule1 en moins bien.

Our apartment was clean and spacious, however many items like sharp knife, cutting board, washing machine, heating not working, minimum utensils were not provided. Be aware this is a new retirement complex that is not completely full and the main focus (correctly so) is to the residents.

Un rapport qualité prix ou là vestige et propreté reste vraiment à désirer franchement un emplacement centre ville extraordinaire cependant un appartement très mal entretenu pour un prix exorbitant photographie pour justifier les dires scandaleux digne d’un formule 1 Je ne recommande pas du tout cet endroit..,

Un bel appartement avec une jolie vue, un intérieur mignon et une bonne localisation. Malheureusement, le sol et les couverts n'était pas entièrement propre. Cela n'est pas se que j'attendais vis à vis des frais de ménage indiqué.

Very good

Location of appartment is perfect. Near you have Casino shop. To the center you can walk about 8 minutes. The same distance to the train station. In appartment you have all necessary equipment. There is no problem with check in and check out , because host gives very detailed instructions. Very fast answer from the host. Appartment are clean and have a lot of light during day time because of the big windows! But person who have difficulty with walking should be careful, because it’s 3-rd floor without elevator.

Logement très propre, mais volet terrasse cassé : lumière du jour non occultée.Box a remettre en service..., pour finalement constater que la tv ne parvient pas à caler ses canaux de réception : 20 mn passées pour en définitive ne pas avoir la tv...pas très agréable quand on veut se détendre...salutations.
