Modern and bright two-room apartment for 4 people. It is located rue des Clercs in the pedestrian centre of Grenoble on the 4th floor with lift of a very nice building.
1 bedroom with a Futon bed + 1 Futon mattress 2 places in the living room (to be unfolded if needed).
The flat is very quiet as it overlooks a pleasant inner courtyard. Entirely renovated and decorated with care, it is very well equipped and has an independent kitchen. The apartment has an unobstructed view of the Belledonne and Taillefer mountains. It is an ideal base for a professional stay or to discover Grenoble and its magnificent region.
🏢 This beautiful flat consists of :
- a large cosy living room with sofa, armchair and table for eating or working (office chair);
- a fully equipped independent kitchen: cooker with induction hob and oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine (capsules not supplied), kettle, fridge/freezer, kitchen utensils;
- a bedroom with a Japanese double bed "Muji" and futon (220 x 160 cm) + a second futon mattress for 2 persons on tatami mats in the living room to be unfolded if necessary;
- a beautiful bathroom with Italian shower, hair dryer;
- separate toilet;
- plenty of storage space.
⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the equipment present in the flat:

- Internet and high-speed wifi;
- Sony Bravia TV WITHOUT CHAINS (serves as an HDMI or Chrome Cast display)

🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund. Nb: This deposit is also accepted by platforms.

📍 You are in the historical and pedestrian area of Grenoble: many shops, bookshops, boutiques, markets, restaurants and museums in the immediate vicinity of the flat. You are also a stone's throw from the magnificent Jardin de Ville, the Bastille cable car and the Saint Laurent district. For the more sporty, you can go for a run or walk from the flat to the Bastille or the banks of the Isère.
🚌 Getting around:
Numerous public transport facilities including the "Hubert Dubedout" tram stop on the Tram lines A and B which serve the city and the surrounding area within a 2 minute walk.
The discovery of the city and the district can be done on foot, or by bike.
🚗 Parking: 3 covered car parks (paying) at 5 minutes walk (Museum, Galeries Lafayette, Philippeville). Parking is possible in the surrounding streets (paying during the day except on Sundays).

🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning solidarity).
