Family vacation

We had 6 sleeping at this place and it was very comfortable. The front door is just 10-15 feet away from the entrance of the pool and a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Perfect location!

Beautiful property with an amazing location!

We booked a 3 bedroom unit and it had plenty of room for us all 6 in total, everything was clean and looked brand new! Comfy beds and towels for the pool, couldn’t ask for anything more! Tim was easy to deal with and the Worldmark team got us all setup, we will stay here again!

Great condo across the street from the beach

Great condo right across the street from the beach and down the street from restaurants. Great heated pool and hot tubs. Laundry is a plus. Perfect for a family of four or five.

Wonderful Tropical Escape

A charming complex almost directly across the street from Kamaole Beach Park I. Many things to do and places to eat at right within walking distance. The unit itself was newly renovated and extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend the property to anyone thinking of staying in Kihei, and I would stay there again.

Stumbled upon this Property during my search and boy were we glad. Has been a long time since our last Maui visit and we're glad we chose Kihei as our hub. Nice area

Nice area and close walk to the beach. The place was clean, smelled a bit musty but overall was clean and decent place for the price. We had a great beach across the road and we went there daily! Friends even drove down from Lāhainā to get out of the wind up there. We would stay here again.

Unexceptionable

First the room assigned to us had a maintenance guy working in it. Another room was assigned and it too had a maintenance guy repairing a light fixture. The room had a terrible Oder in the bathroom which another guy came and sprayed door neutraliser. The place was dusty, doors around the knobs were filthy and the balcony was dirty and dusty with grime on the railings. The unit had just the bare kitchen utensils The tub had hair in it and there was sand in and around the washing machine. I dusted and wiped the door knobs and railings We left it cleaner than it was.

Cat condo

Cats everywhere on the property. People are feeding the wild cats and the cat poop and hair was everywhere. They are on your car, under your car .....everywhere. The condo was kind of clean. It has not had a real cleaning in a while. Dirty wall switches, dirty molding, splashes on the wall above the sinks and stove. I had to sweep and towel mop the floors the day we arrived. Furniture was vintage Hawaiian. We walked to the beach across the street and that was great. The pool water was always cloudy looking so we only went to the pool once. The BBQ area was ok, only issue was only one ignitor was working properly. Everyone complained and they never did fix it during our 2 week stay. Over all it was just ok....nothing memorable......just alot of cats and I am allergic to cats!

A nice place

Flew over to Maui for a weekend with friends and we had lots of activities planned so we didn’t stay much indoors. The place was nice, clean, and roomy. The property itself was good not great, they had a pool and jacuzzi and we hung out at the jacuzzi each night. If you are a busy traveler with a lot on the agenda, this is a nice place to stay. 20min walk to Kihei’s nightlife and across the street from a chill beach.

Family friendly

Good for all ages. Accommodated special needs. Kids had fun in the pool. Great space to cook, do laundry, kids to do homework, and adults to have their own room.

Would Stay Again

Our only complaint was that the carpet was filthy. 5 min after a shower your feet will be black. There are a few places paint could use a touch up. Parking spaces are extremely narrow making parking a van tight. Replacing towels and receiving supplies was easy but must be done by 4pm. We would stay here again

Perfect location

Perfect location for us to enjoy Maui! Kids loved the warm pool and my wife and I enjoyed being able to get poolside massages! Tom was very good with communicating with us and check in was a breeze. It was the perfect size condo and great layout for our family.

We had a wonderful stay. It was nice being within walking distance to the beach, an ABC store, food and a nice bar next door with great mai tais. We actually were previous WorldMark owners so it was like coming home. Mahalo

Great place

Short walk from the beach. Watch the sunset from there. The place was clean and spacious. Two rooms. Two queen size and one Murphy bed. Tv in each room. Parking was open to anywhere. There were two food trucks parked across, so that was convenient. ABC store across the street. Restaurants within walking distance. Tip: make reservations for restaurants or there will be a long wait.

Perfect place!

I was traveling with a coworker and we needed an affordable place to stay. Tim’s condo was a perfect place for us! Two bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us each our own space and privacy, with a beautiful common space for us to relax. The condo was spotless and clean. The location could not get any better- cross the street for a beautiful beach, walk down the road to enjoy an abundance of restaurants and shops. I hope to come back here with my family of five one day, as there is plenty of room for everyone, especially with the Murphy bed in the main living area. Thanks for accommodating us!
