Great place to stay!

Great cabin with a great view. The only thing that would make it excellent would be if cushions were added to the porch chairs, power washing upper windows, and more emphasis on dusting.

Great place to stay.

The home was very clean and tidy. Hot tub was on and heating up. It was 90 degrees the first night and that was actually very refreshing. Enjoyed it actually. The next night it was 102 degrees. We turned off the heater and let it cool off a bit, then we enjoyed it again. The hot tub was very clean. Enjoyed the pool table too. Internet connected great and has great signal. TV's worked and it was easy to figure out the remotes. Did not see any Raccoon's or Bears during our stay. That was a little disappointing, but maybe next time. We have stayed in 3 different Vacasa properties and they never disappoint. Vacasa is the only property company we will stay with.

Great views, but little overpriced

I loved the views, great for all the basics. I wish it had more thicker blanket for cold patio mornings. It’s was clean but not deep cleaned.

Couldn't get the cabin cold enough!!

Overall our stay at Lances Loft was good. Cabin was clean and view was gorgeous!!! They ask that you don't turn the air below 72 so it was hot and stuffy until about 2 in the morning.

Amazing view

The cabin was adorable with an amazing view. Unfortunately this cabin does need some updating and work. The kitchen sink faucet didn’t work only the sprayer, which was a surprise when we first turned it on. The hot tub motor was not working, nor was the jetted tub. The carpet was ripped up in the bedroom and the bathroom smelt and looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks.

Amazing views - bed needs replacing

The views were worth a million bucks. Unit was pretty cold most of the trip, fireplace in main room didn't turn on, kitchen was lacking on some stuff but we made do (no ice maker or ice trays). Bed was terrible. Very bouncy, back and hips hurt every morning - needs replacing. Would not return unless bed was changed.

Nice cabin but some aggravations

Cabin was nice with a great view BUT there was a sewer smell in our bathroom the whole time. Not sure if there was a back up with the sewer. Also, every morning when you wake up, the sun shines directly in your eyes through the windows. Some shades are necessary on the top windows. It’s so annoying, that you don’t want to stand in the kitchen. Also, the mattress needs to be replaced. It’s very saggy. Wouldn’t stay here again.

So disappointed!

Beautiful view of mountains BUT cabin is poorly maintained! Needs new carpet, black mold is on the bathroom ceiling, deck needs refurbishment, dishwasher was broken and never fixed as requested. Really didn’t enjoy doing dishes daily on vacation! With some upgrades, this cabin could be nice!

Pricey

So basically me and my girlfriend had a great time. The place was clean minus cobwebs and dust, everything worked, and the area was amazing. The issues I had were that almost all the chairs, inside and outside, were broken in one way or another, the dishwasher was broken and I fixed it, the hottub was old and boring, the mattress was lacking in comfort, and if you need to cook consider having to cook with a very limited selection of hardware. Pretty disappointing considering the price paid for the weekend.

Beautiful views

The views were amazing! The cabin was nice but had several items broken and missing. A few chairs in the kitchen were broken and had several missing kitchen items. Could use a TLC.

Disappointed

The view from our room was beautiful and we had an awesome time in Pigeon Forge. The cabin itself was beautiful. However, we were on our honeymoon. We had to leave a day early because the bed was so uncomfortable we couldn’t even sleep in it. When we laid on the bed, you could feel the springs in your back and there were lumps all throughout the bed. If the bed was comfortable, we would have been happy. However, when we communicated this with staff, they said they contacted the owner and we never heard back from them. The jacuzzi tub in the bedroom also didn’t work. We were not happy with our stay and the lack of comfort and help from staff.

Great view, but needs some work

The cabin has a great view of the mountains and we enjoyed our stay. The pool table pockets are broken, as well as the pool sticks. The bathroom appears to have black mold on the walls. There is a water leak right inside the bedroom door (not sure where the water is coming from) leaving the carpet soaked. For as much as we paid to enjoy "a cabin in the mountains" I think next time we will just stay in a hotel.

Cabin stay

From start to finish we felt like we owned our own cabin in the mountains. Amazing view!! Eventhough there were neighboring cabins it still felt private. We will be back, thank you
