Absolutely beautiful cabin in a beautiful spot. We had some wildlife say hi! It was such a perfect fit for our honeymoon! It was very clean. They supply pretty much everything but food! We have no complaints at all about this place. We loved it so much.

Mountain view

Love the mountain view from all porches. The hot tub was clean and soothing. Beautiful house, very clean also. Used the grill, nice set up. Saw 4 bears. They like the smell of chicken cooking. The ride up the mountain was a rush. I would love to come back again.

I can’t say enough good things about this property, it is amazing both inside and out. Has everything you could need for cooking/grilling etc. Beautiful views! Owners were very responsive and really look out for you. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

New Years Anniversary Getaway Vacation

The cabin was very clean, well appointed and simply beautifully decorated as a mountain retreat. The view is spectacular from the porches and we absolutely loved the Hot Tub evenings after a day at Dollywood and site-seeing. Perfectly nestled between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Everything at the cabin was very lovely. My boyfriend and I really needed a getaway from our busy lives and what better way to spend it at such a beautiful cabin. We are so very pleased with our stay and hopefully sometime in the future we will go back!

Bears, bald eagles and chipmunks

We had another fun and refreshing stay! We've rented Mike and Angela's cabins several times and keep returning. The cabin was clean, well-stocked and comfortable. On this trip we had a bald eagle fly directly at us on the front porch before turning to land on the top of a tall pine. We also watched a bear eating and scratching in a nearby tree.

Extended Weekend Getaway

Our long weekend stay was so relaxing. The cabin is beautiful and has what you would need for the perfect stay. The cabin is well maintained. Everything is labeled so there’s not a question about anything. Angela checked in with us upon the start of our stay to make sure everything was ok, which means a lot. Mike called upon our departure to make sure our stay was what we expected. They are amazing hosts! My husband and I will definitely plan to vacation there again.

If your looking this is the one!!!

We couldn’t have been any happier with this place! Everything worked great never had a simple problem with ANYTHING!!! The view from the couch and hot tub is awesome! Just minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon was so cool and was basically secluded as well. After seeing 1000 cabins on the trip we felt like we had the best one out of all! Mike and Angela were so kind to us. We thank y’all for the stay! We will definitely be coming back!! A+++++++++

Peace and Luxury in the Great Smokys

What an amazing week this has been for my husband and me. Our stay at Laurel Mountain Retreat with Gatlinburg Vacation Cabins has been wonderful. This lovely cabin is beautifully decorated as well as immaculate. You feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. The views are beyond description and showcase the mountains with Mount Le Conte in full view. We loved every minute of our stay here and will be back to Laurel Mountain Retreat (already booked) later this year. However, I would also love staying in any of the other cabins offered by Gatlinburg Vacation Cabins! Best accommodations we've found and we have been coming to Gatlinburg for many years ~ I have been coming all of my life.

Beautiful getaway! Quiet, private and close to town.

This is an absolute beautiful home with stunning views! Decorated for fall, it's so adorable and welcoming. The hot tub on a chilly night was fabulous. You have so much privacy and are so close to the big towns to do just absout whatever you want. Come out and relax on the porch, have a cup of coffee. Then hit the town. Or, just stay to relax and enjoy the quiet and beautiful views.

A Week of Peacefulness

During our week of vacation, my husband and I had the most amazing week of peace and quiet. The cabin is fully equipped with any and everything you need. As long as you bring your own food and snacks you really don’t feel like you have to leave. Early mornings we sat out on the front porch with a cup of coffee. We would tell each other we are practicing for retirement. If you like a worry-free place to stay for vacation, this is the place for you.

If you are looking for a stunning cabin to stay at while visiting Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, this is the cabin to book. It's located within minutes of each destination. The exterior of the property is well maintained and has amazing views. Inside is absolutely gorgeous! Extremely clean and well furnished. You have everything you need to feel at home. The decorated theme of the cabin goes well with the location!Now to the best part!!!! WE GOT ENGAGED!!!This was the best trip ever!! We would like to send a huge thank you to the property owners for checking in with us and congratulating us on our engagement! They are so personable. We would absolutely book this property again!

Perfection! Go All In With Mike & Angela

We have to say everything about our stay at Laurel Mountain Retreat was PERFECT!! The reservation process, directions to the cabin provided (do not use Navigation), the location of the cabin, the cleanliness and comfort of the cabin, and the attention to detail throughout. We didn't want to leave! I slept so good after our hiking days. Mike & Angela are always there for anything you need. I told Mike that it will be a tough decision as to which of their cabins we want to stay at next.
