Following a few comments in 2024, we invested to further improve the services. New air conditioning installed in the two bedrooms and living room. Renovation of the terrace railing, electric blinds, a new shutter in the small room. Everything is in place to offer you maximum comfort.



This property is classified as a furnished 3-star tourism by an approved body to validate its quality of equipment and reduce the cost of the tourist tax.



Ideally located, you will have the choice every day between the beaches of the district of Saint-Jean or the bay of the Virgin located at 800 m of the apartment.

This large 3 bedrooms apartment offers all the comfort to accommodate 6 people with its large living room, direct access to the terrace by two large windows.

Located on the 2nd floor of a building overhanging the residence Bali, you overlook the bay, it is a daily invitation to enjoy the terrace and its beautiful sea view. Breakfast and aperitifs in the sun are for you.

The living space is very well thought out to offer a living room area, a TV corner, a dining area with a beautiful open kitchen. The materials and decoration have been chosen for the pleasure of the eyes without forgetting the comfort.

You will also find all the useful equipment for your stay starting with the very useful air conditioning during the summer.

The apartment has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms for one of a double bed (140x190) and the other of 2 single beds of 90 x 190 which can be grouped on demand. Both bedrooms offer new bedding and quality and a dressing room.

One of the two bedrooms offers a rare pleasure, the sea view from your bed.

The large air-conditioned living room offers 2 lounge areas. One of these spaces can be converted into a real 3rd bedroom thanks to a removable wall. The convertible sofa then offers a large, comfortable 2-seater bed. This room has direct access to the terrace by its large bay window.

The bathroom is pretty and well equipped and you have a separate toilet.



The Bali Residence offers a park with many shaded areas to sit quietly and 3 petanque courts.

The shared pool is large and accessible only to people staying in the residence. The communal condominium pool, unheated, is accessible from June 1 to September 30.

There is also a common room with ping-pong tables and babyfoots.

The neighborhood

Fontsainte is a quiet area of La Ciotat with its beach overlooking the "bay of the Virgin".

You will have access to local commerce, like the bakery, some restaurants and the Annamaya SPA.

From the apartment, you can easily access the district of Saint Jean, its small port, beaches and restaurants in 2 minutes and also enjoy Saint-Cyr or La Ciotat.



Environment

After a few hours of idleness and rest savored in the sun on the terrace, by the pool or in the park, you can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its cut and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed "THE GULF OF 'LOVE' but also its hinterland: Calanques park, Calanque de Figuerolles, Mugel park and creek, the green island, the beaches, Castellet circuit, ...

On or under water, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.

You can also decide to have a drive and discover the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, have a go at the new Casino Plein Air located 1km away from your holiday home, hiking in the massifs of Le Castellet or in the Calanques sanctuary, ...



Access of travelers

The apartment is dedicated to the rental as a whole.

It is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator. You access it by a wide staircase.

We will be your sole contact throughout your stay from welcoming you, to checking in and checking out.

We will show you the property, explain how things work. I will also be available for the whole duration of your stay if you have any queries involving your stay and this property.

We will also be able to tell you about the activities on offer around the area.

Other remarks

You will benefit from a secure parking space and access to visitors places also within the residence.

Animals are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

The property cannot be rented as a party or event organizer.

Arrival times: 4pm - 7pm, departure time: 9am - 11am. In summer, the agency will define the time of provision of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.
