Not the biggest of the high-rise condos made it much easier to move around. Didn't feel crowded. Both elevators worked and rarely waited long for one to arrive.

Great location!

This is our second time staying at this condo complex and the location is perfect! The unit was spacious enough for our family even with an 11 month old sleeping in a pack and play. We will be back for sure.

The Refrigerator is "INCREDIBLY" noisy, from the ice maker and water refill on the ice maker. Impossible not to be awaked by the ice dump and water refill. As soon as you shut the refrigerator door, the motor begins a symphony of racket to pester your quiet atmosphere The sink faucet needs repair or replacement, as it leaks during use. Other than that, it was a FANTASTIC stay, and I would HIGHLY recommend to others.

A great option on the beach.

This unit is on the 6th floor and offers great views of the beach. The condo is clean and appears to be recently updated. It’s surprisingly large with three bedrooms and two full baths. A nice kitchen and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The location is great with easy access to everything Orange Beach and Gulf Shores have to offer. Rent this one with confidence.

Our family vacation

If it were not for the Vacasa team, our trip could have been an unpleasant experience. This unit need a lot of TLC. In the master bedroom, the drawers were broken except for a couple. The master bath drawers were not usable either. Pulls missing from the drawers. The shower needs to be redone. The light is out in the refrigerator. The shade in the front bedroom was broken and in the closet. No hair dryer. This could be a very nice condo but there is a lot to be done. Radon, the maintenance guy came and did what he could. He was very nice and helpful. These things should have been taken care of before we arrived. We expected better for the amount we paid. Maybe the owners should come stay there for a week and see what needs to be done. Loved the beach and the pool. We managed to have a good trip in spite of the rough beginning.

Stay Away From Vacasa

First of all, I'm very disappointed with Vrbo subcontracting our vacation stay to Vacasa. The locals say stay away from Vacasa, they got to big to fast and do not care about individual needs. I second that after our stay. I hope you do not have any problems with your stay like very unclean rooms, locks not working, doors not shutting, leaking plumbing fixtures, no running water, sharp carpet staples, very loud appliances, refrigerator door not sealing and continuous beeping, coffee maker did not work well, contractors in your apartment every day, etc. Good luck because we did not come across anyone from Vacasa that cared or who had any customer friendly skills. But they did know how to be very rude and unfriendly.

I feel if your going to rent a place that you need to not be cheep with certain things like cookware. No lids for the tub-aware. Also half the light was out in the kitchen. No kitchen towels. Coffee maker did not work. We spent good money for those things not to be there .

Nice beach condo

More spacious than the pictures seem. Great view of beach from 2 balconies. Enjoyed the pool. Nice beach umbrella provided and options to rent chairs and more umbrellas when you get to the beach. We are used to staying in a house on the beach, so we had to get used to waiting on the elevator any time we went to our room, but overall a good stay!!
