Short and Sweet

As expected, very nice cosy cottage which suited our short stay very well. The stairs were a bit steep and small so that would be a problem if staying longer or if had limited mobility.The only thing is that we need to hire linen and towels so might be worth taking your own!

Relaxing holidays

The stay in Le Crotoy was more like visiting the well equipped house of a good friend than renting a vacation home. Very friendly host and a domicile next to the beach, to a small fish store and near the city center.

Our stay was wonderful. The house has a lot of character and the location is perfect, less than 500 meters from the center and the bay. Beautiful cycling routes nearby. We will definitely come back here.

Lovely house in a beautiful place

We had a brilliant weekend. The house was ideal. Jérôme was a great host. Le Crotoy is lovely. The restaurants were delicious and the beach was breathtaking.

Well equipped house close to the sea.

Had great holidays with family of six. Discripition of the house fits well with details given in the advertisement. Only disadvantage is the very limited space to put own stuff (i.e. little space for clothes in cupboards or wardrobes).

Mixed Feeling

A little disappointed! Unfortunately we arrived in wet weather and couldn't gain access to the property. We assumed that we would be met, but apparently we needed to contact the non English speaking caretaker and our french is not conversational. Fortunately we were able to contact the owner who was able to arrange access. The property was generally functional, except for very steep stairs which gained access to the two bedrooms and bathroom towards the front. The stairs to the bedroom at the rear of the house were extremely steep,, making moving luggage upstairs impossible. The steps at the top gave way. One of the beds in that room comprised of slats which gave way when sat upon, resulting in the occupants putting the mattress on the floor to sleep. The house was in a good situation in the town, with easy street parking on a reasonable charge. We only moved the car once as we were able to walk to all shops and cafes/restaurants, where a friendly welcome was usually given. Would visit Le Crotoy again, not sure about the property, sorry!

Notre séjour fut une réussite. Accueil chaleureux, la maison située dans une rue calme est très agréable à vivre. A proximité du centre avec des commerces variés et de la plage où il est agréable de se promener. Une adresse que nous gardons bien précieusement pour y retourner dès que possible ;-)

Sehr gut gelegenes, schönes Haus.Alles, was man braucht, ist gut erreichbar. Der Vermieter rief sogar an, um zu fragen, ob alles in Ordnung sei; alles ist gut beschrieben. Kurz: wir haben einen genussvollen und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Empfehlenswert: Restaurant Au p'tit Matelot - direkt um die Ecke!Merci Jérôme!

Très beau cadre de séjour relaxant

Maison de pêcheurs refaite avec goût située en plein centre ville, à deux pas de la mer mais jouissant d'un cadre paisible et calme. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et charmants. Un classeur avec toutes les informations est laissé à disposition, rendant le séjour très facile.

Tolles Haus in Top Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand. Bäckereien, Metzger, Einkaufen als zu Fuß möglich. Gute Restaurants und die Stadtmitte ebenfalls zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Gastgeber ist sehr nett. Le Crotoy ist ein kleines nettes Örtchen. Von hier aus kann Nordfrankreich gut erkundet werden. Unsere Empfehlung!
