Amazing Beach Front Condo

The property decor was amazing including the colorful outdoor furniture and cozy interior vibe. The view of the ocean from the balcony was breathtaking! Extremely close to 5 star restaurants, souvenir shops, Walmart, and even dollar general! Would definitely stay here again!

Terrible Customer Service

The condo was OK but when the washing machine quit working, it was painful trying to work with customer service at Vacasa. I report the problem and was told that someone would be out to look at the machine. No one ever came or called. I called back the next day asking for clean towels because we didn't have a way to wash the ones that we had in the condo. 4 calls later, I finally get a supervisor named April who actually was trying to help but even she was having a hard time getting in touch with the local office. About 10pm we finally received fresh towels before our checkout the next day. Our dirty wet clothes and towels sat in the washer for 3 days waiting on someone to come fix the machine. We checked out with the washer still broken and no one ever showed to repair it.

Honestly this was an excellent place to stay! The kitchen had everything we could need from a traditional coffee pot to a Keurig! Many different size pots, pans, and bowls. We cooked most of the time and appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The view was stunning as was the large veranda! Everything was up to date inside! My only advice is bring your own pillows all of the pillows were hard and uncomfortable, we almost just went and bought new ones. It was a fantastic week and would definitely book again!

Great summer Vacation

I enjoyed this property! The location was excellent! Walmart is right down the street! The walk to the beach was short and sweet! The home is fully loaded with everything you need to fix an home cooked meal! The only request I have is I wished they had an air fryer! Also the washer machine is very technologically advanced!! Took me an min to figure out how it works! Other than that I definitely would rent again!

Property is perfect, Management is terrible

The property is clean and updated. No complaints at all with the physical property. The management company Vacasa, however, is a nightmare and makes the property not worth staying at. The washing machine malfunctioned and locked all of the clothes inside. I contacted Vacasa 3 days before checkout and they never sent anyone to help. I will be avoiding any property managed by Vacasa moving forward.

July 4th Family Vacation

This unit was perfect for our family . We are a family of six and we we're very comfortable. We enjoy cooking and this unit had everything we needed to cook wonderful meals . We will definitely be back .

Beautiful condo

This condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The large balcony made ocean view incredible! I loved the layout of the condo. It really made the space seem much larger than other condos I’ve rented in the past. The condo was equipped with a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. It also came with a large ice maker! (Large enough to fill ice chest for the beach each day and still have plenty of ice for drinks later. ) Very short walk around pool (which is also very nice) to the beach. The disadvantage during our stay was construction on the building which made parking a significant problem. I don’t feel this will be an issue once construction is completed.

Bugs. Nasty stains on furniture, blankets, and a pillow. Mildew throughout the rental. So much dust. The place smelled like mildew. We contacted the renters and they told us 3 days in a row someone would come and clean but no one did. We drove 10 hours and spent a lot of money to deal with that. They told us we could leave and put in a request for a refund, but there was no guarantee it would get approved??? We had children from 1 year old to 6 years old. The renter was not helpful getting anything done. We were very upset with the experience.

Dirty needs work

If you want to sleep on stained sheets and mattress and sit on dirty furniture, this is your place. Refrigerator didn't work the first 24 hours. Not enough towels for 8 people. Vacasa answers when you call, they just don't send anybody out right away.

Perfect Family Getaway

Fabulous!

So cute, just like the pictures, and only 30 seconds to be from your room to the sand. Safe and right in the middle of everything. Property was just as described, beds comfortable and well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend!

Summerhouse 302B

Beautiful view and convenient to most everything. However!!! There are things that need attention in the condo as we have stayed there in the past and things seem to appear to be going downhill. Ice maker still does not work and we reported it last year. Several water drips continuously. The TV in the bedroom with 2 double beds did not work. AC in master bedroom never cooled and we made sure to keep curtain drawn. Very uncomfortable at night. No working patio light for the nights we wanted to sit outside. Oh, and unless you have several hours to wait on clothes to dry... don’t do laundry!!!!

Disappointed

The condo is facing the gulf and has great balcony furniture but the condo was not clean. The second bedroom bedspread had urine stains, broken glass was on the tv console, the carpet had not been vacuumed, the plugs in some rooms didn’t work, the light switch was broken. After we called to complain, someone came to clean and turned the bedspread over to hide the stain. Very disappointed!
