The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location, the only issue we had is that the mattresses need to be replaced in all three bedrooms.

Perfect vacay spot

We had a great time staying here. The view from the patio was beautiful and security downstairs was able to give us great restaurant recommendations. We loved being able to stay here and hope to be back again soon.

Very nice condo, kitchen well equipped. King bed in master squeaky. Bed frames in twin bed room noisy. Sheets cold be newer or higher quality. Furniture worn or stained (end of season). All that said, we would likely stay there again. Nice beach, good location, adequate exercise room. Nice outdoor pool, small but nice indoor pool, friendly staff. Just not perfect in all respects.

Check for wet mattresses

1st night we thought the sheets on one of the beds didn’t get dry. We later realized the mattress had pee on it from previous guest. We called the 800 number Vacasa sent us and we’re told the owner would be notified and someone would be there to clean and take care of mattress. No one ever came to clean the mattress or contacted us during our stay. Our only saving grace was there was a pull out couch to sleep on. Other than a pee smelling mattress that I had to clean with vinegar and baking soda because the smell became overwhelming, the stay was great.

The views of 1408 were amazing and the home was clean. However the condo needs updating. King bed was older and you could feel the springs. Washer and dryer were so loud that you could not run if sleeping, napping, or really just in the condo. Dishwasher did not have all the dividers so loading it was difficult. Plus plates were too tall to fit in lower rack. Lamps were broken and drawers did not open close easily. Shower curtain and faucets had mildew.

Great Getaway

The condo is huge and large kitchen is nice and fully equipped great for big family dinners. The balcony is large and plenty of room for the beautiful views. We had a great time. I would come back to the Admirals Quarters!

Property was great! Only comment - the sliding door from living room to balcony was extremely difficult to close-needs new rollers at bottom. also we do not have a cell phone, so I did not know until this evening that I had to check out online? We left this morning around 9:30 AM

Tough to beat this view and location. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and there was room to roam. Kitchen had all of the hardware you could ask for. Only a few minor things that could be improved: - Some blackout curtains in the 2 front bedrooms would be great, we had to cover the blinds to try and keep out the corridor lights. - Might want to get the dryer serviced, it had a deafening squeak. Awesome place overall and we would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us!

Positives: The view is great. Very spacious. Loved the pools. Easy access to ocean. Spacious seating in room. Negatives: Very Large place on side of master bedroom mattress/boxspring that is really gross. Not sure if something spilled or old bodily fluids?? It looks really gross. The washer button is messed up, but washer worked. The dryer is VERY loud (squeeking and squealing loud noises that will hurt your ears) and we couldn't run it at night due to it being so loud. Couldn't sleep with it on due to how loud it is and worried it would bother neighbors too.

Loved Orange Beach

The beach and weather were wonderful! The condo was nice, however the beds are worn out and the water button on the refrigerator leaked water on the floor. The sink faucet also leaked. There was only one kitchen towel, not nearly enough for a family of 6. The view was great though.

Great oceanfront views from the 14th floor! The condo was clean and the perfect space for 8 of us! We love coming here every year to meet with family at the beach!

We had a few issues....1st the dishwasher was not secured. I did call and it was repaired on Monday. Thank you for that. The coffee pot did not work. I called and it was replaced same day. Thank you. The appliances were very old and need to be replaced. The toaster did not work. We made due. Ice makers did not work. There were few towels. I booked for 8 people. I would have expected 2 towels per person. We did not have that many. We did wash towels daily but still did not have enough. My biggest concern was the condition of the beds. The twin.beds were great. The master.bedroom.and 2nd bedroom desperately need new mattresses. I would not rent this unit again until upgrades are.made

there was a problem with the door lock on our unit we could not leave or it would lock us out. We waited several hours to see if it could be fixed. We were moved to another unit (our choice of two units) that was even nicer and larger than the one we rented. The agents could not have been nicer about it. And they sent a gift card for a local restaurant for our trouble. Classy. Great customer service.

Amenities were adequate but not extraordinary. No iron when we got there but Kaiser Realty sent one less than an hour after I emailed them. Kaiser was great.
