Beautiful views from the spacious patio! We did not spend much time inside due to the great view of the beach, sunrises and sunsets. If you want a relaxing getaway this is the place!

Overall today was great. The property itself had a lot of wear from previous guests. The parking paying 100 for one car was a little bit excessive. It was close to the beach had a great view pictures or a little bit deceiving with the balcony looking bigger than it was but overall not a bad place to stay

Overall we were not satisfied with this unit, we like the building a lot, but this unit was not well maintained. There was staining on the bedding and curtains and we ended up cleaning the kitchen and fridge ourselves because of an overwhelming fish smell. The beds were comfortable and the building is great and quiet, but we will not stay in this unit again.

Complete let down

There was no one to actually talk to-all texting, things were broken-garbage disposal was broken, completely clogged and overflowing on the counter and floors-and took many days-3 total, to fix, informed there were suppose to be 6 towels/wash rags per bathroom and only had 7 total for 2 bathrooms and when asked for more, informed to just wash what we had. Wasted 3 days waiting on room to be fixed. Stains on walls, paint chipping from walls, no curtains on the windows, cabinets destroyed in bathrooms, ceiling bowing in the kitchen, fans creeking all night, beds sounding like they will fall apart, stones by elevators coming up and tripped on them. Overall, the room and service was awful. Will never rent from them again. When asked how things could be fixed-thru text only, all that was said was sorry for the inconvenience. 3 out of 7 days ruined and basically "oh well" was said. A lot of money for a single mom of 3 and no one seemed to care. Very disappointed

Best beach condo we have ever sstayed in!

This condo was just as it was pictured and everything was great! We loved the layout and the spacious rooms. The large balcony was great for eating on the dining table or just relaxing with the beach view. With 4 grown children, we had enough space for everyone and having a key code instead of physical keys allowed everyone the ability to come and go at their own leisure and not have to worry about who had the key. The white sand beach was large and not crowded and the beach chair rental was excellent. We will definitely be back!

The Palms location is second to none. It the heart of OBA and is the best kept secret there with private beach and absolutely the best balconies anywhere. Go and enjoy!

The view was amazing! Loved how they had an isolating fan to use. I love a fan when I sleep. The condo was very spacious for 6 people. The location was close to just about everything. All in all the condo was great! Would stay there again for sure!

Would it stay in this condo again

The condo is very outdated, not enjoyable to be in at night or during afternoon rain showers. Furniture is very outdated, paint is chipped and cracked in multiple places, carpet is stained, feels dirty even if it's "clean". It's just all around not enjoyable to be in. W we have stayed in other condos at the Palms and they were much nicer. Owners have put little thought or investment into this condo and it shows. The larger condominiums beach areas are much more crowded so the beach is a little nicer and the view from this condo is nice. However, there's multiple pieces of broken patio furniture -so again, not very enjoyable.

Beautiful beach front property

Overall we were very pleased. Great beach access and location all around. Hot water tank took a long time to reload making it difficult to have multiple people shower in a timely manner. Otherwise, everything else was spectacular.

Perfect location, beach and view! The condo is right on a beautiful beach and the balcony has the most beautiful views. The condo was nice and spacious. Could use some updates. Would stay again!

Not the best but still an enjoyable stay overall

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. There was good water pressure in the showers. The balcony was a good size with plenty of seating. It was nice to have the complimentary dish soap & sponge. Cons: * Master bedroom & bath stayed hot. * Dryer was barely drying (took 3+ hours for 2 towels). We called Vacasa & repairman came. He made no repairs but pulled dryer away from the wall. * Kitchen was very ill-equipped and had no pot holders. We had to purchase a baking sheet, etc. * Beach chairs are not included & had a $40 daily fee for 2 chairs and an umbrella. * You cannot view the sun setting on the beach :( * There is no common room, game room, etc. There wasn’t as much to do at Orange Beach (this was our first stay) & it was pricier than Florida.

Ok Beach Condo

The Palms 803 Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would probably stay again. Just a few comments: Upon entry place looked okay…after closer inspection it could have been improved! The decor was very dated and definitely needs an update on furniture and decor. Living room furniture was not comfortable and needs at least one recliner. Balcony area was large with nice furniture and lounge chairs! Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and it was nice to have a TV in the bedroom. Unit was Hot - tried to adjust AC…stayed hot 72-74! Found a Fan in twin bedroom and a picture in the closet (off the wall) when we arrived. Called @10:45 am - the second day - she’ll contact local reps and they’ll get back with me asap. No call back - just showed up at 11:52 unannounced! Just got out of the shower! Luckily husband was dressed and could answer the door!! Couldn’t fix will report it and get AC people on it. AC repairman came and it was Repaired by that afternoon and it was cool for the remainder of our trip. Ceiling Fan Blade is broken and in the closet in the master bedroom. Found a pill underneath the bed looks like ibuprofen. Beer Bottle Cap found on the table on the balcony so obviously it hadn’t been cleaned or wiped down! Master bathroom no hanger on door for clothes and no place to hang hand towel by sink. Barstool is broken (very cheaply made) and not substantial at all! Corner molding underneath bar is cracked! 1 kitchen towel and NO potholders in the entire kitchen. Had to use towel to remove hot pans from oven. Needs to be updated, renovated and deep cleaned! Balcony doors are very hard to open.

Musky smell and needs good cleaning!

The a/c filters obviously are not being changed on a regular basis! The ceilings literally have black streaks at every vent bc ductwork/filter is so dirty and the musky smell hits you as soon as you walk in! Unit definitely could use some TLC.
