Cocoonr offers this charming 56 m² flat in Toulouse city centre for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, an office area, a bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A lounge area with double sofa bed, coffee table and TV
- A kitchen with American bar, including oven, fridge, coffee machine, hob, crockery and cooking utensils
- A study area
- Bedroom with double bed and bedside tables
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin, mirror and storage space
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: hairdryer, washing machine, etc.

The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

- 5-minute walk from Marengo SNCF metro station

Just Okay

Photos definitely make it look nicer and cleaner than in person. Felt a bit grubby, furniture uncomfortable, dishes and utensils needed a clean before use, only one set of towels and sheets provided for my month-long stay, stained walls, broken kitchen cabinets and closet doors, washing machine with a 2-hour cycle that faded ALL of my clothes after one wash, kitchen felt grubby and I didnt even want to open any cabinets to pull out utensils so I never cooked - which was the whole point of renting an apartment and not a hotel. I ultimately checked out a week and a half early from my 4-week non-refundable reservation. This apartment is fine for a short term stay, location is right outside the city center, and the Marengo metro/bus station and Toulouse-Matabiau train station is a few blocks away. Its a good budget option, though, so although I wouldnt ever stay in any properties managed by this company again, I wouldnt discourage travelers on a tight budget from making a reservation here. Quiet building and neighborhood, nice neighbors, the Cocoonr staff are nice people.

LA climatisation ainsi que la salle de bain sont de réels plus values ! Cependant, le vis à vis est présent, il ne permet pas réellement de profiter de l’appartement tranquillement. Le sol n’est clairement pas propre. Il faut passer la serpillière. L’aspirateur seul ne nettoie pas les sols. L’appartement pourrait être vraiment mieux en le rafraîchissant. Certains meubles sont abîmés, des éclairages ne fonctionnent plus, trace sur les murs. Meuble de la cuisine cassé."

Propre. Relativement bien équipé, la cuisine demandant à être équipée un peu plus, pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner plus que leur petit déjeuner. De même, une paire de draps, une paire de serviettes et rien de plus. Le plus a un coût, 30 €, ""business is business"". Le gros bémol, très mal accueilli, on vous demande, alors que vous êtes à l'autre bout de la France, à l'aéroport de Paris en l'occurrence, alors que l'avion n'a pas encore décollé, alors que vous n'avez pas encore récupéré vos bagages, alors que vous n'avez pas encore appréhendé le trafic et/ou les transports en commun sur Toulouse, l'heure EXACTE à laquelle vous arrivez et lorsque l'avion atterrit, d'autres ""SMS de bienvenue"" qui malheureusement, je ne peux coller dans ce commentaire car celui-ci est limité à 1000 caractères. Enjoyable stay at the property

The property was clean. Despite the fact my arrival time change a few time, they were very accommodating and understanding. The space was big enough for one or a couple. My only criticism is some of the light switches and sockets were not working, so i find it difficult to use the appliances(coffee machine, toaster even the lamp which give the appartment the beautiful colors was not working etc...) Also some of the broken lampes should have been replaced or removed. other than that I have enjoyed my stay. I would recommand it to anyone and would possibly want to stay there again.
