Lovely view

Wonderful location close to grocery stores and also restaurants. Loved sitting out on the balcony but it needs new comfortable patio table and chairs . I would recommend this place to everyone. Thanks for the memories made here !

upgrades are necessary

location was great. plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. they were doing some upgrades and repairs to the building that we wish we would have known about in advance but they will be worth it for future visitors.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very Clean and all the kitchen appliances were wonderful. Only worry is the table outside on patio is in poor condition and chairs are broken. Would loved to have been able to use it more. Overall, we had a great stay and the Vacasa check in/check out process was GREAT! Will definitely visit in the future!

Fun in Sun Accommodations!

This condo is located in a perfect location. Condo is spacious, clean, and well maintained. The balcony is huge with nice furniture. Please leave clear instructions to operate TV in living room.....too many remotes. Overall, I highly recommend this condo. I plan to book again! GA🍑

Great Location, Alright Condo

The location of this condo is great, but it’s not worth the price. Needs updating bad. All the sockets were so loose we couldn’t plug anything in without constantly checking it to make sure it didn’t fall out. At first glance it seemed clean but if you dared to walk across the floor without shoes or even just socks, the bottom of your feet were black from the dirty floors. I really wanted to like this place but the cons outweighed the pros.

Excellent view, great for family

This made for a great beach trip. Plenty of room for 7 of us. Had plenty of towels, blankets, seating, kitchen supplies. Had an issue with thermostat disconnecting twice, but maintenance was able to fix it soon after we reported it both times. Great location in city and on beach. Restaurants, stores a very short drive. Pool was very nice, short walk to beach, very large balcony with lots of seating. It was a great stay...we'd book again if in the area and will recommend to others.

Great Stay!!

The condo was amazing and had plenty of room for my wife and our kids plus my mother who came with us. The property is in a great location with great amenities. Will definitely stay again for our next beach trip!

Wonderful winter holiday

First time at Summer House on Roman. Clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked. Don't let the outside fool you. As a previous owner in another building we can vouch for the fact that these buildings take a beating from the sun, sand, and wind! We are already trying to find the next available time on our calendar to book this unit again!

Beautiful condo and view

Very well supplied kitchen. We loved having the ice maker and a crock pot was supplied. The only complaint is the ceiling leaking from the air conditioner. we put a bucket and towel down because it was leaking so much. It could’ve been hazardous. Maintenance people came to look at it and said it was just condensation from the air conditioner so did not fix it.

It was not a very good stay.

The floor was dirty when we arrived. The hallways were very unmaintained the building needs lots of work. The pictures of the condo online were nothing like we arrived to!!!

Summer house

We have stayed at many different beach front hotels and condos and has had many wonderful experiences. This one: Pros....Loved the beautiful beach front condo. Very close to many venues and roomy. Cons.....have to check in at a different location first before checking into the condo(so inconvenient), there was a huge soft spot and foot long crack inside of bathtub so we contacted management several times(spoke with different managers) during our week long stay(obviously this problem was present for a quite some time and was never fixed!). They promised that maintenance would come and take care of it. By the end of our week long stay, still no one came. Kaiser Realty’s management does not live up to their word/promise. They did not do anything about it(NOTHING) This condo is pretty old. This company’s concern is to just collect money and does not take care of guest or address issues. Will not book again.

Clean condo unit with modern appliances

The condominium complex is in a great location on Orange Beach near the Walmart. The unit is on the 11th floor and offers a great view. The unit had stainless steel appliances and a separate ice maker which comes in handy. Unfortunately for 5 days of our stay, only one elevator worked causing us to wait often. The indoor pool is nice but located across the parking lot as opposed to most pools being attached. Comfortable living space with plenty of seating.

We had a wonderful time. The kids really enjoyed themselves. There are great restaurants very close.

The condo was in a great location. The beach was beautiful, and never too crowded. The property was well-kept, and clean. The pool area was ok, but we were on the beach primarily. The pool deck could use nicer, cushioned chairs for more of a resort feel. The condo was great. The layout of the condo was not convenient. You walk directly into a small kitchen, and there is no hallway, or space to leave your stuff from the beach. The kitchen was lacking with some items (baking sheets for example), and a Keurig would have been nice. Overall, it may need a little updating. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The living room was nice too. A large painting behind the table was not hung, and the laundry room door closet did not open. It was off the rails. The balcony was amazing! We spent all of our time out there, and pushed the two tables together for our meals of 7. Overall, we would probably choose this property again.
