Sunny Palm Beach pool view king room located in a historical hotel in the heart of Palm Beach island and a short walk to the beach. Walk almost everywhere, to the beach, restaurants, supermarket, boutique shops, museums. The condo complex has a heated pool, gorgeous lobby, 24 Hr, concierge, day spa and laundry room, a five stars restaurant and a French cafe in building, Breakers, and Mar-A - Lago club within 10 minutes driving distance.

-AMAZING LOCATION; 15 minutes from WPB Airport. No Car Needed on the the island.

-This is a private 271 sq ft King bed studio condo with a full private bathroom. You will have the entire place to yourself.

There is a Publix market across the street with all of the food and drink including a great wine selection for your stay at the beach.

The apartment is equipped with;

-King bed with freshly laundered sheets, blankets and pillows

-Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow drier

-Fresh towels; Please note, we are a vacation rental. We supply two sets of Fresh towels per stay, additional towels can be supplied at additional charge through my cleaning company. It requires at lease a one day notification. Charges vary depending on quantity. There is coin operated laundry room in the building if you need to do laundry.

-Keurig coffee machine with coffee and supplies

-Breakfast bar with microwave, dishes, cups and flatware

-Mini Fridge

-Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella

-Colorful beach towels

-55 Inch UHD Roku TV with Streaming Apps and plenty of free channels

-Wifi in unit and throughout building

-AC and Dehumidifier that you control

-Iron and mini iron board

-Keyless entry with Key fob for late night access to the building

All you need are your clothes. If you need supplies, just walk across the street to the Publix supermarket. They even have prepared foods and wine.

***Important Note; if you are staying more than seven days there will be additional cleaning charges based on the stay and your needs. Please discuss this with me in advance of booking.***

West Palm Beach Escape

Very nice VRBO rental and conveniently close to airport, grocery store, beaches and restaurants! Used the umbrella & beach chair a lot and had a fun, relaxing stay!! Host was very helpful and had great communication. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was due to roaches in the unit and hallways and peeling paint above the bed.

I chose the unit because the bed looked comfortable, It is! It’s also adjustable. Extra pillows. Loved microwave, large Kuerig, mini griddle & toaster. Didn’t use but impressed there was a first aid kit & blender. Great Wi-Fi for streaming. Large pool & close to beach. Large beach towels & beach chairs 🏖️Went to Publix grocery & stocked up before vallet the car.

Perfectly quiet in low season for stressed out NYers

For the price and not far from low key beach without all the fuss and crazies, it was a simple, uncomplicated stay with no car needed and within walking distance of everything. We got loads of sun and met other quiet, nice people in the building.

My wife and travel a lot. We came to Palm Beach and fell in love with the island and the Palm Beach Hotel in particular. The architecture and flavor of the building is fantastic. We liked it so much we bought a condo here. When we are not here we offer it up for short term rentals. I am an entrepreneur and real estate investor, my wife is in the media industry. We are well traveled and students of the world, we love to meet new people especially from foreign countries. The unit I have listed on here is our "friends and family" area, we call it the Island apartment. You will have use of this unit just as you would any hotel room or private apartment. Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have. We look forward to seeing you in Palm Beach.

Palm beach is special, when you spend time here you get the feel for it. You are on an island yet you have all of the amenities you could want and are only minutes from the mainland. The building; The Palm Beach Hotel and Condominium, this place is a gem. The stories it could tell. We love architecture, while we appreciate all forms of it there is a special place for the Spanish style that this building exemplifies. We stayed here as guests and fell in love with the place.

Ocean, pool, walk to restaurants, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, shopping. It is all right here and you are on an island in the USA, how cool is that. It is a very short drive from Palm Beach International Airport, also easily accessible from Fort Lauderdale and Miami. You can stay here and do not need a car, everything you need is an easy walk or you can take a ride share like Uber or Lyft. There is only one supermarket on the island and it is directly across the street. Also there are some really great restaurants all within a very short walk. A shuttle that picks you up in front of the hotel to take you to the Breakers.
