I was never told there’d be construction going on

Everything was great except for the construction that went on from 8 am to 5 pm every day. There was no warning of this going on. I have my saved searches to prove it. They won’t even acknowledge it was an oversight, then they went back and changed it after I sent them a picture where they said it would be but it wasn’t present.

Nice rental

Overall I was very pleased with the location, view, and the unit as a whole. Only complaint is that the dishwasher did not work, and I was unable to reach the property manager to report directly, always went to voicemail. Would definitely book again if planning a trip to PCB!

Very nice...but

This is a very nice condo, but there were some maintenance issues that were in need of attention before our stay in the unit. The kitchen sink was leaking (which did get repaired on day two), the main light over the master bath vanity did not work (never repaired) making it very hard to see therefore I moved a table lamp to the vanity, lights over the stove, bar, and dining table were either out or barely working. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property-beautiful unit, great view of the gulf, and great location!

Great location and lovely condo

All and all a great experience. Host was very accommodating with welcoming gift and basic needs. Dresser drawers were full of sand so just hung up clothing. Close to many great places and parking was simple. Will be back again and recommend to couples or a small family.

Would Stay Here Again

This unit was very, very clean and well appointed. Plenty of linens and kitchen was well equipped. Just a couple of mentions...the master bed is extremely soft. This unit does need a new toaster oven. A few maintenance items...the ice maker began making ice the last night I stayed. Living room table lamps flicker and the master bath sink needs to be checked for steady dripping. Overall, I would absolutely stay again.

Great stay, too short

It was a great stay but too short. Property management were easy, quick and prompt to deal with. Checkin was very easy once we figured out which condo unit door it was as there were no numbers on the doors. Condo was as advertised and had lots of dishes and everything needed for cooking, as well as a good supply of towels. Air conditioning could have been a bit cooler in the master bedroom and an umbrella for the balcony would have been nice as it was quite hot in the afternoons. Beautiful wide sand beach. We didn’t swim in the pool by our unit as not heated and a bit chilly still. Lots of people by heated pool. There is a small restaurant and bar on site but not lots of restaurants within walking distance. We had a great stay and would certainly stay here again.

Nice place for a daddy-daughter get away

Condo was very nicely decorated and clean. Management was easy to deal with for the few issues that arose. Would definitely recommend this condo and will most likely stay again in the future.

Nice view No Hot Tub

The property has great view. It was our first time at PCB. Not very many restaurants. Had to drive west to seaside to find some nice eateries. PCB seems very commercialized. Beautiful beaches though. Property has no hot tub which is kind of cheap considering they have 3 pools, gym on site is worse than a hotel gym. Could be much better. So many condos on site you would assume all would be perfect. Saw quite a few people in the pool area who were not residence. Knew that because I heard them all talking how they weren’t. So it’s really easy for non paying people to come hang out where you are paying top dollar.

Loved it

The property was wonderful. The condo was great, exactly as the pictures showed. We would definitely stay at this property again. There were 2 negatives, which was a smell that I couldn't quite place and the master bedroom area really never cooled off. Everywhere else in the condo kept cool, but that room. They did provide an extra fan which worked out. But overall we loved it!

Great place and attentive rental agency

The condo was great for the price and close to areas the teens could walk to. The snack bar and live music on site was a great touch. The rental agency quickly responded to extra sheets for the pullout sofa, and a door locking issue. I Highly recommend this condo.

Great experience

This property was so convenient! It was just a short drive from most everything! And had some great restaurants walking distance! The beach was not crowded at all at this location! Also, there was a restaurant right in the bottom on our condo building! I will be staying here again!

A week of 24 hr around the click bulldozers and beepers.

The condo was great. The master bed was soft and cozy. We were so disappointed that we were not informed that the beach was being bulldozed. They were in front of our condo the entire time we had no quiet time , we couldn’t sleep because of the endless noise. We feel we should have been informed. They have been working on it since November we should of been told. We had no beach access and no quiet.

Good quality for reasonable cost

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The unit was relatively clean (I owned a cleaning business, so my standards are high), as described with great views. We had issues with the TV's and remotes, but after replacing batteries, got two of them to work. The dishwasher is installed oddly and needs encouragement to run, however the management company was quick to offer assistance when I inquired. Only one of the pools is heated and is located on the other side of the complex, which is important to know in the off season. Kitchen is reasonably stocked, but bring extra soap. The unit is comfortable, but bring extra toilet paper!

Fresh flowers

When we arrived the unit was super clean and there were fresh flowers on the table which added a welcoming touch! A bit bummed that the dishwasher wasn’t working at the time. Overall very nice!

Loved the place except our condo was extremely dirty when we arrived. I was worried if the sheets even got changed. Mold in the bathrooms, hair on the floor, French frys etc. never walked on the floor without shoes. The place itself (dunes) we liked. The room was discussing. Definitely not what I expect for 3K trip!
