We had an amazing time. The home was very warming and cozy. Richard and Char where very welcoming. We had great conversations with them both. They gave us great ideas for site seeing. Anything we needed they where eager to help. Definitely would stay there again for our next trip.

Great plsce to stay!

Quiet out of the way property by pasture land. Right near the mountains, a great base camp for anything you might want to do in thr Ogden area.

Not quite private

The property was very clean and well maintained, however, it was just a basement. We could hear the owners above, and were very self conscious that they could hear us and our loud children. We prefer VRBO because of the privacy factor. It also packed a kitchen, requiring us to go out for a real breakfast. The hosts are very responsive and great at communicating. The only downside was the sharing.

We loved the space to spread out. 2 bedrooms and a living room was very comfortable for the 6 of us. The pool table was loads of fun and the swimming pool was amazing and refreshing. We've never stayed at a VRBO before so this was different for our family. We felt like we were visiting with family. Shar and Richard are very friendly and excellent hosts. We enjoyed meeting them and spending time talking with them. They were very helpful in accomodating all of our needs and wishes. We were able to grill burgers and enjoy a long evening on the patio, playing yard games, and swimming in the pool. This gives all the airbnbs We've stayed at a run for their money!

Doggie Daycare :)

We had a wonderful time at Shar and her husband's home. They went above and beyond to be gracious hosts. My sister brought her dog with her. That dog did not like being alone at home. She became pretty noisy, so Shar asked if they could take care of her while we were at our function in town. The house was clean and tidy, with a beautiful backyard for the dog to run around in. We were grateful for their hospitality.

We had a wonderful time on our trip to Utah. Shar and Richard were very accommodating to me and my family. They had great communication and are very sociable to insure our stay was great. Me and my family will definitely stay there again.

Amazing Stay!

This is the best VRBO stay I have had. The hosts were amazingly kind, thoughtful amd flexible. The property was clean, in a very safe neighborhood, and had all we needed. If we head back to Utah this is our go-to location.

Comfortable and just what I needed

While my stay was short, it was very comfortable. Shar was a lovely hostess and her place was clean, a good size for a family, and well-stocked with everything that I needed. A pool table is always popular and the beds were comfortable - what else could you ask for?

The property itself was tucked back so that it seemed like you were in the country. It was very private. The unit was comfy and roomy. The hosts were beyond welcoming. It was lovely to use the pool and deck. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Host was very kind and got back to me when I reached out. The only issue we had was the description of the home wasn’t accurate. It was listed as “entire home” but it’s a basement apartment that is directly connected to their home. My husband and brother in law were the ones that stayed, and they both said if they had been there with their families they wouldn’t have been very happy. I’m sure the hosts are loving and safe people, but in today’s world you never know. So having full transparency from the beginning on the type of property would have been nice. But the property was clean and host was very kind and responsive. The listing was just inaccurate.

Not sure this fits a VRBO with no host

I want to preference this with the property owner was super friendly and nice but the stay was not what I expected. Maybe I confused a couple of listings that I was looking at but I really thought this rental had a separate entrance, I also remember reading about the decor but maybe it had changed because I didnt see the things that were discribed.We arrived around 10pm and went to find the entrance and key to get into the basement and while looking for it the property owner came out and waljed us into her house and downstairs where we would be staying. She was super nice. She then showed us around and stayed for a minute talking with my 6 and 8 year old that we were trying to get started in the shower and off to bed because it was so late. She then went upstairs and we noticed that we were unable to even lock the door behind her. This made us a little uneasy, not because of the owner, just because of it being late already and dark and not really knowing where we were. The beds were very comfortable but smalled than we were expecting. The shower was very roomy and the towels were very soft. Had we gotten there earlier in the day i am sure I would have alot nore good things to say but we showed up, showered, went to bed, woke up, got ready and left. We have used VRBO a few times and have always been happy with not having someone there where we have felt that we need to be extra quiet (with the 2 boys that can be a task). Overall I would feel beter with a lockable door.

We are located on a dead end gravel road, with pasture all around us. It is very quiet.
Views of the Rocky Mountains. And close proximity to shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. Very close to Weber County Fairgrounds. We offer horse corrals and pasture.
