Cozy villa on 2 floors of + -130 m2 located in L’Escala, in quiet area more or less 1000 m from the Riells and its shops (+ – 10 minutes’ walk) and more or less 1800 m from Montgó and its shops, and 2 minutes by car from the village.

The house can accommodate up to 8 people.
The house is divided into 2 independent apartments but is rented together for the same family.The 2 apartments cannot be rented individually.
Ideal for 2 families or group of friends (No party, bachelorette party, …).
There are 4 double rooms including 1 suite.
Wifi access + French and Spanish channels + air conditioning.

The price of the rent is determined according to the time of the year and for a maximum number of people.

50% will be paid upon booking of the accommodation and 50% will be paid a maximum one month before the stay.

Payments will be made by card online.

The caution: 500 €, will be given at the reception of the keys of the house. (Credit card)

The cleaning of the day of exit is not included in the price of the hiring, it is optional: 150 €. (cash)

Possibility to rent beds linens and towels.

Included in the price are water, electricity and gas. The air conditioning is an extra 100 €.

Großzügiges Haus aber etwas renovierungsbedürftig

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt größtenteils genossen. Das Ein- und auschecken hat super geklappt und auch die Kommunikation lief reibungslos ab. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, ebenso wie der Garten und die Terasse. Der Pool war etwas kleiner als erwartet wurde aber regelmäßig gereinigt. Auch für den Garten kam regelmäßig Personal. Die Küchen waren gut ausgestattet allerdings war alles etwas schmudelig. Vor allem die Kellerwohnung benötigt dringend eine Sanierung. In der Dusche schimmelt es bereits, die Matratzen und Polster müssten dringend gereinigt werden und auch der kaputte Fußboden wurde gekonnt mit Teppichen retuschiert. Zudem ist der Außenbereich am Pool videoüberwacht. Ein kleiner Hinweis darauf wäre wünschenwert gewesen! Alles in allem war es jedoch eine schöne Unterkunft, vor allem der Außenbereich hat uns sehr gefallen.

Une excellente adresse !

Nous étions deux couples avec enfants. La villa est parfaitement dimensionnée pour 8 personnes et le fait qu’elle soit divisée en deux logements permet de garder une certaine intimité tout en partageant les repas et la piscine. Nous étions au calme, à 20 min à pied des plages et commerces. La maison est très bien équipée et je recommande de prendre le supplément clim qui nous a été fort utile. La quartier est résidentiel et très agréable, un peu sur les auteurs. Il y a deux places pour les voitures dans le jardins et la possibilité de se garer aussi dans la rue. Le jardin est conforme aux photos de l’annonce. Les seuls bémols sont les quelques fourmis qui se sont invitées parfois dans les chambres et la piscine qui n’est nettoyée qu’une seule fois dans la semaine par une personne extérieure, ce qui s’est avéré un peu léger à notre goût. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse !

Nicest house ever!

We loved all of it: the house, the pool, the space, the quiet neighbourhood, the amount of super markets, the boulevard, the weather,… and the communication with Melissa from Mel Immo who handles the house (very, very good). All clean and working. PS: The only downside is the lack of internet speed (if you need it on your holiday :-) ). This is not a thing of the house itself, but of L’Escala the town, where with only max. 5 (five) Mbit download speed (if it ever reaches it) is not a lot that can be expected. For none-nerds: this is 1994 modem speed…
