But also because Nîmes in Occitanie, the “French Rome” offers you a history of more than 2000 years, monuments (Pont du Gard, Maison Carrée (recently classified as a World Heritage Site) and exceptional gardens

Why choose the Mas Affortit cottage?

Because our cottage is ideal for relaxing as a family with children (baby bed and high chair, see photos), or with friends, in total PRIVACITY and SECURITY (disabled access, fire alarms, fire extinguisher, 4 exits, etc.) See video on 3rd photo 😍. A work table with Wifi is there if you want to telework. Large accommodation, 156 m2 useful (see plan in photos) very large private garden (450m2) private swimming pool (7x14 meters, child safety barrier, shallow "paddling pool" for children), ping-pong table, comfortable, perfectly furnished... 4 bedrooms (3 with 140 double bed, 1 with 3 90 cm beds) bathroom + separate shower room + 2 separate toilets, outdoor dining room with plancha, secure private parking...

Ideally located, our cottage is in the middle of the vineyards, on the outskirts of Nîmes, 5 minutes from exit 25 of the A9 motorway. You can stay at home, go walking (3 walking routes near the farmhouse that we will show you), golf (2 18-hole golf courses), and visit the region.

Cleaning fees are included; the cottage is completely cleaned (including COVID treatment) at each change of occupants, all surfaces, furniture... All bedding and linen were washed before your stay at more than 60°. As the place is completely private, you will not meet anyone there, you will be perfectly peaceful and sheltered.

Ideal for 9 people including teenagers and/or children over 3 years old (bed and high chair for babies). Sheets and towels provided.
All new household appliances and bedding, dish and linen washing machines, large fridge and freezer, induction hob, ice maker, television, wifi... Photos and videos will enlighten you on the quality of the place. Parking for 2 cars.
Facing the swimming pool, an outdoor dining room for 10 people protected by a large Barnum, lit and with gas plancha.

The cottage is 280 m as the crow flies south of the A9 motorway. Outside, if Mistral wind from the North, slight background noise which no previous occupant has been concerned about or complained about. No noise inside

Minimum rental period: low period: 3 nights, high period: 7 nights.

Super séjour !

Le gîte est bien situé, au calme, c'est parfait pour se reposer. Les lieux sont propres et bien équipés. Robert est très sympathique et disponible ! Petite précision à apporter à l'annonce : seule une partie du logement est climatisée. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour !

Grande location avec piscine à Nîmes Ouest

Grand gite pour 9 personnes au milieu d'un grand parc arboré.Très bon accueil du propriétaire.Le mas est très grand avec 4 chambres, une salle de bain et une douche dans une des chambres.Dommage que l'extérieur ne soit pas un peu mieux entretenu (salon de jardin, chaises longues, table de ping pong) .Lors de notre séjour la télé et le wifi ne fonctionnaient pas mais ce n'était pas gênant .

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la maison de Robert. C'est un endroit magnifique avec toutes les commodités à proximité, parfait pour un séjour en famille. La maison est très propre, la piscine également et Robert est un hôte tres sympathique et accomodant. Il nous a reglé quelques soucis mineurs avec amabilité et sympathie. Je suis très étonnée du commentaire sur les bruits de l'autoroute car justement nous avons trouvé le lieu très silencieux (apaisant). C'était un critère important pour nous avec un bébé de 9 mois. Merci Robert, nous recommandons cet endroit à 100%!

Agréable séjour

Belle propriété et propriétaire disponible. À savoir toutefois que la douche n'est pas indépendante mais dans la chambre des enfants, qui elle même est sans fenêtre et attenante à autre chambre. Par ailleurs, nous avons signalé au propriétaire, qui nous a semblé à l'écoute, des possibilités d'améliorer l'entretien. Au final, tout de même très bon rapport qualité-prix pour la region.

Super weekend avec amis et bébé

Robert nous a très bien accueilli. Il est très réactif. Nous avons bien profiter de la piscine, de la plancha à gaz et des équipements pour bébé (lit parapluie, chaise, table à langer). C'était génial.

Séjour en famille très agréable. Piscine très grande et agréable. Lit très confortable. Maison bien équipée. Il faut tout de même préciser que le bruit de l'autoroute peut déranger mais c'est compensé par le cadre et la gentillesse de Robert.

Very Quiet and Beautiful Place.

One of the best Holidays we've ever been. The Owner, Robert, was always very helpful and interested in our well beings. The House is a beautiful secluded Villa with a Big Living room and a big Garden. While being secluded the House is still only 10 Minutes by Car away from the nearest City or Supermarket. The Drive to the Beach is also only 40 Minutes. So there's something for Everybody. Whether you want to relax at the Pool, play Tabletennis, go sightseeing in the city or have fun at the beach. I'll recommend it to anyone

Schönes Anwesen mit geräumigen Küche-Wohn-Essbereich und tollem Pool in mitten von Weinfeldern

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Woche bei Robert im Fereinhaus. Er wohnt direkt über der Ferienwohnung ist ist jederzeit ansprechbar und ein zuvorkommender und überaus freundlicher Gastgeber. Das Haus liegt fünf Minuten außerhalb Nimes (bis ins Stadtzentrum sind es ca. 20 Minuten), recht nah an der Autobahn, die man leider nicht überhören kann. Der Garten ist gepflegt und der Pool war für uns und unsere Kinder das beste. Immer sauber und groß und tief genug um von außen reinzuspringen. Auf den Bilder sieht das Gelände und der Garten ums Haus etwas größer aus, nutzen konnten wir es leider nicht. Die Küche und der Wohn- Essbereich sind sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Insgesamt hatten wir einen erholsamen Afentahlt.

La maison est superbe, bien placée, tout est à proximité et pourtant, nous n'avons pas l'impression d'être si proche de la ville. La piscine est topissime et protégée. Nous étions entre amis avec 5 enfants de 1 à 5 ans, deux coins nuit, c'était parfait. Les propriétaires sont plus qu'adorable et d'une grande discrétion. Merci à vous.

Très bon séjour

Excellent séjour dans ce mas. Piscine au top pour les enfants avec une pataugeoire. Très propre très bien équipé. Petit bémol pour accès PMR (1 marche pour l’entrée et 1 marche pour accès piscine). Compliqué pour qqun de peu autonome.

Très belle propriété pour un week-end en famille

Très joli week-end dans une grande propriété avec piscine et jardin privatif, ideal pour nos petits enfants et enfants ! Nous avons été bien accueillis par le propriétaire qui a répondu de suite à nos quelques demandes. Sinon, nous avons pu profiter en toute quiétude de notre espace. Séjour trop court pour visiter les alentours mais il y a beaucoup de sites tout près. Site idéal pour regroupement familial comme nous.

Superbe location pour visiter le Gard, le Camargue et les Cevennes !

Cette propriété était absolument formidable pour visiter tant de choses autour de Nîmes. La maison était aussi vraiment agréable avec le jardin, la piscine et la grande salle communale. La cuisine était pratique et le grill dehors aussi agréable pour les dîners dehors. L'environnement est en plus très artistique avec la statue du taureau au milieu et la salle de tango en haut. L' odeur des roses partout était aussi délicieuse !

Maison belle et parfaite pour les vacances
