ヴィラアルバは、もともと19世紀に建てられたイストリアの古い住宅です。 2015年に完全に改装され、今日は平和を求めている家族やロマンチックな避難所を探しているカップルに理想的な自然の避難所を提供しています。 ヴィラには、エアコン、無線インターネット接続、設備の整ったキッチン、専用駐車場、2階建てのスイミングプールなど、現代人に必要なものがすべて揃っています。 プールで泳ぐことができ、同時に壮観な景色を楽しむことができるテラスなしでは体験は完全ではありません。

Traumhaft

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Alba war von A-Z ein Traum: tolles Haus und Pool, phänomenale Aussicht, überaus nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber Karmela und Adrian. Wer eine Auszeit in der Abgeschiedenheit und in toller Natur sucht und doch auf etwas Luxus nicht verzichten will, ist hier genau richtig.

Totally relaxing break !

Beautiful house and pool, and spotlessly clean. View over the valley and meals outside everyday made for a wonderfully relaxing week. Road up the hill to the property is single track, but fully tarred road and we got used to it pretty quickly. Enjoyed a delicious meal in Livade on our last night. A really great holiday for us all ( 3 teen/student aged "children" and parents) Thank you !

Fantastisk sted

Vi er netop hjemvendt efter en dejlig ferie i Kroatien. Vi kan ikke rose huset, beliggenheden samt værtsparret nok. De var utrolig gæstfrie og særdeles hjælpsomme. Kunne vi give oplevelsen 6 stjerner, så havde den fået 6 stjerner.

Beautiful location, spotlessly clean and excellent facilities

On arrival we were greeted warmly by the host Carmilla, plus her partner Adrian had phoned us the day before to check on our arrival time. We felt very welcomed and were shown in detail all the facilities of the villa. It was very clean and we had everything that we needed for a relaxing two week holiday. The location of the villa is very central in Istria and so we were able to drive to all the places we wanted to visit. The villa has fantastic views across the valley and of the town of Motovun on the hill. There are a few houses nearby, but apart from that it was very secluded. The swimming pool was ideal as it was not too deep and had a shallow shelf to lie on. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a great BBQ as well. The beds were comfortable and all the rooms were spacious. There were also two bikes available for our use and we were able to cycle to the local shop in Livade for bread in the morning. Nearby in the local villages there are many restaurants with Croatian food and we enjoyed eating at the restaurants in Motovun as well. Carmilla visited us after the first week to bring us freshly cleaned linen for the beds and towels for the bathrooms. We would highly recommend a stay at this fantastic villa.

Wunderbare Erholung in schickem Haus mit bestem Blick und tollem Pool

Das Haus bietet alles, was man zu einem entspannten Urlaub braucht. Es ist toll ausgestattet, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt, verfügt über ein schönes Grundstück, welches ebenfalls sehr gepflegt ist. Der Pool war für uns dank der zugebuchten Poolheizung jeden Tag ausgiebig zu nutzen. Sonne konnte man auf den zahlreichen Liegen in aller Ruhe genießen. Der Blick übers Mirnatal ist traumhaft. Mit unserem Hund konnten wir schöne Spaziergänge in die Natur unternehmen. Da Trüffelsaison war, kamen wir auch kulinarisch voll auf unsere Kosten. Vielen Dank an Adrian und Karmela für die sehr freundliche Betreuung! Wir kommen gern wieder.

Einfach perfekt zum Entspannen!

Wir haben den Urlaub in der Villa Alba sehr genossen, die Ruhe und der fantastische Blick ins Mirnatal haben uns schon am ersten Tag unseren Alltgsstress vergessen lassen. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, die Zimmeraufteilung ideal für uns und unsere Tochter. Der riesige Kamin im Wohnzimmer hat uns gleich sehr gefallen und wurde von uns voll genutzt - da zu Ostern noch kälter als normal. Karmela und Adrian sind perfekte Gastgeber, jederzeit bereit für Anfragen und hilfsbereit. Wir fanden es so schön dass wir im Oktober wieder kommen möchten!

very nice and relaxing house in the hills with a great view

Very friendly owners who welcomed us in the house and explained everything. The house is very nice, in the hills above Livade with a great view over the landscape of the vale of Mirna, in the distance is Motovun to see. The house is stylish, modern and comfortable. Our three children had a lot of fun in the pool. One highlight was the telescope with which Saturn could be observed at night. In the nearby Livade there are two restaurants in which truffles can be enjoyed and a small supermarket. You can easily make trips to Motovun, Groznjan, Porec or Rovinj. We had a great, relaxing week at Villa Alba!

Amazing

After 2 weeks in beutiful Brac we took the car up to Villa Alba for a week stay. And when we arrive we met the owner Adrian and his wife. Already there we felt this will be great. The owner told everthing what we needed. 5 stars for that. And now to the house. WOOW What a house it was everything we expected. Just like the pictures. Its very luxuriy ,charmig, romantic and realy nice furnitured inside the house... very stylish. The house Villa Alba included the nature around the area included Motovun is defenitly the best week of all our stay ever. I can realy recommend this Villa Thanks Adrian for everthing

A truly beautiful house with fantastic views

This is a truly beautiful house, with fantastic views of the valley, while nestled into the lovely Istrian countryside. The house has been sympathetically renovated, maintaining the original charm of the old house.The Owners were really friendly and helpful, and on arrival made us feel like we were old friends staying in their beautiful house.The house and pool/pool area are beautifully furnished, and well thought out. The location is idyllic, with walks straight from the door (Parenzana Railway Track Route for example). The historical hill top town of Motovun is only 10min drive away, the nearest supermarkets approx. 25mins drive away. The lovely town of Rovinj 50mins, Pula 1hour drive away, yet when you are in the house you feel like you are miles from anything.We can totally recommend this house.
